The location. The size.
The cleanliness. Dirty toilet and shower. No welcome pack expected with Luxury description. One toilet roll. 2 dishwasher tablets and no bin liners. Had to go and buy everything, including bleach for the filthy toilet .
Half of the light bulbs didn’t work .
Bedding smelt musty.
The towels too small and not enough for 4 people for 5 nights.

The location couldn't be better - dedicated parking spot, 2 min walk to the cliffs, 4 min walk to the lift to the beach or the Ziz zag path, supermarket on the corner of the street, close to the ring road so very little driving through busy streets. The rooms were very large except the kitchen but that had all that was needed.
The beds - every bed you laid on went down to be base. Toppers had been used to help with this but the mattresses were way to soft. The pillows were more like pads than pillows. That being said I would stay there again as the location outweighs the discomfort.
