The host was very nice, and the check-in was pretty easy. The beds are comfortable, and there is air conditioning in each room, which worked very well. The apartment is in a residential area that is fairly new and still under development. It is a bit secluded, but that didn't bother us. All issues were quickly solved by the host, who welcomed us warmly. She even came in person to solve one problem that occurred during our stay and gave us tips for local restaurants and beaches.
There was a generous supply of consumables and towels, and parking was right in front of the house. We used Uber to get everywhere, including the beaches and the town center. Dos Arrifes Beach was very close and beautiful, but we discovered Dos Pescadores which was pretty wonderfull. Beach umbrellas and sunbeds were provided, and a bottle of wine was even waiting for us in the fridge! We loved pretty much everything—the weather was great for the beach, yet cool and fresh in the mornings. We will definitely come back again.
If a additional bed/sofa can be installed in the main room this can be a plus.

The host is very helpfull. She solved all problems encountered. She gave us tipps for the city. We were welcomed at late hours, and a bottle of wine was waiting for us. Coffepads and towels, all consumables in great amounts were available. The appartment has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning in all 3 rooms was working very well. We travelled with dog which was welcomed. The small garden to drink morning coffee with fresh breeze was perfect for mornings.. Easy check in. Safe area, a bit far away from city and beaches (2km the closest one) but one can use Uber for travelling to the city, is cheap. We will definitly come back.
A recommendation: if sofa in the living room could accomodate more people can be a plus.

It’s an amazing place! Lovely decoration and everything you need is there.
The beds aren’t comfy at all. The mattress in the main room is very uneven.
