Excellent location with a relatively easy walk to the Central Canal transport. A good size unit with a separate lounge with TV.
The location over rode any possible negativity.

Location was great, the apartment itself was excellent...
Physical access to the apartment was problematic...
Access to the apartment was via a quite nasty stairwell from the ground floor up to the first floor...
The first floor entrance "hallway" (cubicle) was unfinished raw concrete,
uneven and bordering on actively dangerous...
The first step onto the stairwell itself was an awkward and unusual height...
(I suspect that one step wa actually missing.)
Part of the bannister was on the verge of ripping out of the wall...
While personally I could handle these issues, the entranceway/stairwell would have been actively dangerous for anyone even slightly less agile than I am.
