Historic San Marco Penthouse Apartment is the perfect location for your holiday: here you will have the possibility to spend your Venetian days in a unique and fascinating location.
This large, airy and bright, non-smoking apartment is located on the third (last) floor, in a 500 year old architecturally-significant Palazzo.
Renovated by a famous architect, the apartment is designed to create different spaces within it's wide open area: the wide living area with couch, chaise longues and armchairs; two cozy spaces with desks; a fully-equipped gourmand kitchen; a TV/Reading corner with a queen size sofa and opposite a corner that accommodates two single beds (which can be pushed together to function as a King bed).
The master bedroom with Queen bed is totally separated from other spaces and is located in the opposite side, compared to the position of the single beds.
The penthouse has two complete bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a tub.
The apartment is equipped with all the modern comforts and facilities ,including air conditioning (Central Air Unit controllable in 4 zones), independent heating, free wifi internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven...
In this very unusual and spacious Venetian property, very quite and silent, you have the possibility to relax after an exciting day and also take small daily breaks since it's literally within steps of the most popular sights, shops, and restaurants in San Marco.
Thanks to its central location you can easily reach Piazza San Marco and the Basilica, the Doge’s Palace and the Bridge of Sighs in a few minutes walk. You'll have the opportunity to visit the monuments in the early morning, when they are not too crowded or you can be enchanted by the magic of Piazza San Marco in the night, with the orchestras playing. From the penthouse in 5-10 minutes walking you reach Rialto, Academia, Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Piazza Santo Stefano, etc.

Very neat property and space, excellent location! Plenty of room for a family. The building is under construction, so it does look a little sketchy getting to the apartment, but was not a problem. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The apartment penthouse was perfect for what we needed. Location steps away from San Marco square. Stores and restaurants surrounded us. The travel mode to get there with all our luggage was difficult. Venice is beautiful. Nothing bad to stay. Highly recommend this property.

This was a great location. Very clean and comfortable. It was close to city center and walking distance to most things.

Check in went super smoothly thanks to info from host and his representative.
Location couldn’t have been better, but the unit itself needs some maintenance.
Beds were OK/Linens were basic but serviceable.
We stayed in early Oct but needed a/c which did not work in the king bedroom. We reached out to representative who supposedly reached out to maintenance…
A/C was never fixed and no follow-up from rep explaining why.
Also
Tall people beware—few areas of loft where you can stand completely straight.
Second bathroom is also very small and corner sink is so small it’s almost unusable
