Very comfortable, superb location, and very welcoming host.

The host and location were excellent. The new air con was very effective albeit the one on the floor with the bedrooms wasn’t well located to cool the rooms.

The decor and bathrooms were tired and a little worn.

Prime location. Clean & spacious. Awesome hosts. Lots of steps!

Spacious setting just steps from San Marco square. Clean and comfortable bedding in a well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Kitchen is well-equipped but we didn’t use it except for making coffee. Two AC units work great; located in the hallway outside the bedrooms and in the living room. Washing machine was a bonus! Easy communication with hosts who met us for a late night check in and still took the time to help us with recommendations etc. Note: there are 52 steps to climb to reach the door to the apartment and another 10 steps once inside the apartment. If you have issues climbing steps, this apartment is not for you. With that said, I would highly recommend this place. Great value for money. Would positively stay again.

Appartement situé juste à côté de la place san marco Accueil en personne pour la remise des clés Bonne réactivité de l’agence pour les échanges Vue sur les toits de Venise ( le corolaire c’est qu’il y a quelques escaliers à monter)

Beds were good

Please note for Seniors. 83 steps up to the place was just wrong. And try carrying suitcase up there. Also the ceilings were really low. I am 6 feet tall and the door into the unit is 5'6. I hit my head more than once. So this place is not good for Seniors or people over 5'8 tall. It would have been better if it had a coffee maker and microwave
