Loved the location over looks a canal great to watch the gondolas go past. The size of the apartment is huge and has an outdoor terrace. The air-conditioning works really throughout.
Unfortunately the apartment is old and really needs some attention, there's paint peeling, damp walls.
The beds and pillows need replacing, not enough kitchenware for number of guests staying only 2 mugs and 1 wine glass. A small starter pack would have been great, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water.
Dark smelly entrance and apartment on the top floor 3 levels with no lifts. Feel it's overpriced.

Nice quiet location but close to attractions
Two of the bathroom toilet seats were not secured properly. Upper bathroom shower did not drain well.

The location was exceptional , ourl flight was delayed and it was very easy to find late at night by water taxi from Marco Polo airport
Our landing per was 50m away
The bedrooms were large and beds fairly comfortable
The gondola passing by in the morning and music practice from the nearby academy added to the ambience
It was very shabby with toilets not flushing
Two of the three showers were very poor Tiles were missing and chipped
I did contact the property but they were unresponsive.
The kitchen/ living area was awful. Not even a tea towel Wiring very dodgy throughout as were light switches
This accommodation badly needs to be updated
