The host was incredibly kind and very helpful throughout our stay. The location of the apartment was excellent—only about a 4-minute walk from the water taxi stop, and around 10 minutes from the vaporetto stop and St. Mark’s Square. There was also a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. We especially loved the view of the water from the apartment. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment’s proximity to a vaporetto ferry terminal, Piazza San Marco and multiple restaurants is excellent. The apartment is very quiet. The beds are comfortable, the shower nice and the apartment is quite spacious. The washing machine was much appreciated.
If you know a piece of furniture is broken, remove it. If you know there is a hole in the floor, repair it or cover it with a rug.

The location was fantastic, only a short walk from the main tourist attractions. The apartment was clean and tidy and the hosts were attentive, making sure we were OK.
When I booked, I thought it had 2 full bathrooms, but it had 2 toilets and basins with only one shower in the apartment, which makes it a little busy when trying to get teenagers ready and out to booked tours. A couple of the bedroom doors squeaked, but this is easily sorted out.

It was in a fantastic location to walk to all the attractions & hot spots but you didn’t feel like you were right in the busyness of it all. The views from the window out to the canal were lovely.
The shower was broken and wouldn’t hold the head up so you had to turn off the water wash then turn it back on the hold it to rinse off. There was also a very bad smell coming from the bidet next to the main bedroom. Luckily we were able to just use the other toilet.
