This property was very close to Rialto bridge and a very nice sized room. It was clean and staff were very friendly. Instructions provided to arrive were very clear and helpful. A lot of shops and restaurants were within a few feet. The only issue was pillow thickness, as they were very flat.

This place was perfect! The location, cleanliness, and Luka were amazing. From the moment we arrived, Luka was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were large, spacious, and exceptionally clean—something that is very important to me. I can’t say enough about how spotless everything was.
The location is ideal, with many major attractions just a 5–10 minute walk away. I have already recommended this place to all of my family and friends, and I will definitely be back myself. Highly recommended!

This hotel was a great place to stay in Venice. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a central location in Venice as this was extremely close to many of the main attractions I was planning on visiting.

Great option. Wonderful stay! 3 nights, 2 people in my party, (2 female, my daughter and I) We were on the 5th floor, no elevator, but we didn’t mind since we only had one small carry on for 10 days each (strongly suggest). Safe area. The manager was so welcoming, extremely nice, helpful and kind. The room was very clean, cozy, old world decor, had a plug adapter (not converter) and that was super handy to charge phones and power banks, The air conditioning was god sent in this crazy heat wave! (It worked very well, you could set it to freezing temps if you wished). The service was amazing and the location was the best feature, close to all the main attractions, right in between the Rialto bridge and St Mark’s Basilica. We would return!!
