the location is great

have to throw our own rubbish. the toilet has urine smell every now and then.

Great value . Very central to everywhere. Apt was absolutely perfect for the 3 of us. Would definately stay here again.

We should be informed when advertising the apartment that it is on the second floor which means climbing 45 very steep steps every time . It's a real climb especially trying to your carry suitcases with you.

The apartment was good and clean! Great location, it is 8 minutes walking distance from the Rialto bridge and 1 min from Piazza San Marco.

Lovely people. Marine always answer quickly to all of our questions. A clean flat close to Piazza san Marco.

The glass of the window is too thin. We can hear eveeyrhing. Bells from Piazza san Marco..Even seagull at 04:00AM. Other problem is the very straight and difficult stairs. When you are exhausted after a long walking day in the city, you are not happy to climb that quantity of stairs.. And it's difficult when you have suitcase. That's why I don t advice that location for eldery people. If you are young and strong, it will be ok. A complemantary free water would be appreciated. A city map too. The second room is a little bit too small. I sleeped in the camp bed. I think I can find a more confortable place with this place.

The host was very responsive, the place is clean and its quite near to the San Marco Vallareso stop. There were luxuries brand all within 2mins walk and so are food joints.

With the luggage we had, climbing up 4 flights of stairs was no joke. Also, perhaps may want to place a mattress protector as we could feel the spring. And there was a pungent smell in the bathroom which we could not locate the source.

the location is incredible - mere steps away from San Marco square Roomy, large double bedroom and smaller twin room.

At the top of several flights of steps, it can be hard to get all your cases up

it is close to piazza but far from water bus, train stations whole you have only choice to walk on goot.

The AC wasn't enough for the size of the appartment. Too hot.

Loved everything about it, great location, amazing host, will be recommending to all of our friends.
