Perfect location for us, at the quiet end of Mojácar Playa. Parking on street bang outside hotel, I believe there's also a car park. A few minutes' walk to the beach, several decent restaurants and bars a bit further. The hotel restaurant menu looks good, breakfast is simple and fresh, does the job. Affable staff. Hotel was peaceful on the one night we stayed.
We stayed on a Sunday, and it seemed that the hotel was recovering from a busy wedding party on the Saturday. The swimming pool needed cleaning, there were no cushions for the loungers. Our room was on the small side, so it was worth paying a few euros more for our very spacious private terrace. And one of my pet hates - a security light that illuminated the bedroom brightly all night, making sleep difficult.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and so pleasant throughout our stay. The accomodation was really excellent, we enjoyed the terrace off our bedroom.
There were no sun umbrella at the pool area.
No breakfast menu available for hot food, seemed to be very limited choice. Would have been happy to pay more for this option.

Easy to find, good, quiet location just off the passeo del Mediterràneo at the quieter, northern side of Mojàcar.
Beautiful looking white washed property and appealing pool area set in a lovely, well maintained garden, real rustic charm, very few people seemed to be staying at the hotel during our stay.
The morning after our first night I went downstairs to see if I could get a drink for my partner, there was nobody about in reception, I eventually found a member of staff in the garden and asked her if I could possibly get a fresh orange, she told me that would not be possible as the restaurant was closed, I asked her did they not offer breakfast until 11:30? She then checked the time and said it was strange that the restaurant was closed as it should have been open, but it is run by somebody else?, she offered to call them to find out what was happening, but I ended up just walking to a shop 10 minutes down the road. .
Later we went down to the pool and were greeted by lots of broken glass on the tiles around the pool, the issue was promptly reported to a member of staff who did attempt to clean it up, but I still spent time picking up lots of glass that absolutely should not have been there.
The pool itself was not as clean as we expected and did not appear to have been skimmed or vacuumed any time recently, it also had two resident frogs swimming in it. There were two sharp pieces of metal, one at the top and one at the bottom of the steps into the pool (submerged underwater) where a handrail appeared to have been cut off, they were not covered in any way and would likely cause injury to someone unaware of their presence.
The sun loungers were cheap, flimsy and uncomfortable and offered the most limited amount of adjustment we have encountered, you were either laying almost flat or bolt upright at what felt like 90°.
We really enjoy reading or browsing whilst sunbathing, but we could just not settle here.
Despite advertising on booking.com that the place had soundproofed rooms, we could hear lots of noise, we could even hear the beeping from the adjacent room as they adjusted their AC.
