Our third stay and it gets better. The staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. Food is always varied and fresh. Great position. The pool area upgrade looks amazing.
Parking is a problem but there is an underground car park which is charged. Pool gets too warm probably because it’s too shallow. Room decor could do with a refresh.

This is the second time we have stayed here and the improvement made to the swimming pool & area is fantastic , the Friday & Saturday evening activities were brilliant especially the singer on Saturday . The hotel room we booked were spacious with a great terrace , infact we stayed in exactly the same room as last year (207)
Found the pillows were uncomfortable & TV channels were a bit limited

Clean, contemporary, new pool, good value for money, good selection of food available.
Some of the staff seemed disinterested/transactional. A smile costs nothing

The hotel room, spa and facilities were great.
Some staff , like bar staff who were changing prices each day and were quite rude.
