Location of the hotel excellent, great pool area, rooms spacious & staff friendly & helpful.
No tea & coffee making facilities in the rooms :( AC in bedroom was a little old & noisy & didn’t work that well.

The hotel is situated on beachfront & close to bars, restaurants & shops
We stayed on the third floor overlooking to pool & a sea veiw.
Unknown to us we had been upgraded to a superior which had a sink, storage cupboards, a standard fridge freezer & a microwave. If we’d have known about this we would have brought food & drinks to have on the balcony instead of eating out. The room was a decent size with the most comfortablist bed we have ever slept in! The bathroom was a bit small but the shower was fabulous! Great balcony with robust chairs & table & fabulous veiw.
Hotel areas & bedrooms immaculately clean.
The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds & an outdoor bar area which we didn’t use but only from a time factor.
Good sized dinning room. Breakfast delicious … lots of variety both hot & cold. Fresh fried eggs, omelettes & pancakes made whilst you wait. Staff excellent willing to help.
Car park fees! 30 euros for 24 hours…. This is ridiculous & I would welcome a refund / part refund!
Car park was a good size but need someone responsible for directing the cars in & out as it was chaotic when we arrived and not much better when we left as everyone leaving the car park had to beep their horns for the staff at reception who were extremely busy to open the barrier. A better system needs to be in place for customers & staff.
Check in was extremely busy as everyone was in one queue with one member of staff dealing with all enquiries , check ins & check outs as well as putting bands on every person to recognise B&B , all inc guests etc issuing key fobs for the car park & “ coins” for the outdoor bar. Again a better system needs to be in place to assist the staff with a speedier check in.
Didn’t like the signs above the loungers , found them intimidating although I understand why they have to be put up. Maybe another system could be put in place?
None of the above are negatives they are constructive critiques & I hope that the company finds it valuable.
