The location was good, and the reception and bar staff were friendly and accommodating . The pool area was clean. Accessibility was good .
Under the bed clearly hadn't been cleaned ,as there was dust and a luggage strap under it . No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is no iron /board in the room. You can borrow one from reception with a 20 euro deposit . Two of the dining room staff were unfriendly and unhelpful , I approached a staff member when there were no cups left at the coffee machine , to be told, you'll have to go find some at another coffee machine , no offer to replenish. I can imagine the dining room to be chaotic in the height of the season with long waits for cooked food and coffee . Our room was street side , with no description on booking.com of this . Booking.com please state what outcome the room has on your site please

Staff good pool great no litter very clean.
Food choice,towels on sun beds early in the morning and not used till afternoon.
