The position close to the beach. The staff were excellent in every detail and very welcoming. Spotlessly clean everywhere.
The unbelievable behaviour of some of the hotel guests in putting out towels on Sun beds and then not using them until later in the day. I can not believe there in not a booking system for this and to limit Sun beds to over 14 years plus.

Only stayed for 2nights to meet up with family during their 1 week stay so didn’t necessarily make the most of the all inc.
Super facilities and all the amenities you’ll need.
Lovely staff. Loads of room around the pool area. Delicious rotisserie chicken at the snack bar for lunch.
Buffet restaurant a little chaotic at busy times.

-Location is in town centre. Beach side. Easy to find.
-Breakfast buffet excellent - not sure why people are saying it's not.
-Food in buffet was also good - reviews had left me nervous & prepared to eat outside of hotel but I was extremely pleasantly surprised, particularly by the live stations (lamb chops, suckling pig, chicken thighs)
-The beach is brilliant. Any negative reviews posted here I think must be confused with a different hotel. It's not white creamy sand like you get in Dubai or Maldives but it's great.
-Check-in experience was great & the porter that helped with our bags was exceptional
-The lady doing the animacion is brilliant & deserves a medal
-Kids club also good
-Mini kids water park pleasant surprise
-Hydro spa experience included in stay
-One of the pools is a lazy river & v entertaining for the kids
-We booked last minute for just a weekend stay in full peak time. The rate was 650 euros per night, all inclusive for a couple with 6 year old child. I had a false hope that this insane price would mean that we had found something exceptional, but it really is not.
-I am assuming that the majority of international (non-Spanish)l guests at he hotel were on package holidays not paying this rate
-Overall the hotel is fine but for the rate we paid, I did not experience value for money.
- Despite the rule not allowing bed reservations, all beds by pool were reserved (and vacant) by 8am.
-The 2 pools are incredibly small for the volume of people.
- Our room view was diabolical. First floor with view to the aircon units & kitchen of neighbouring hotel. View description in booking was "City View". I have a video of the garbage disposal trucks outside our room at 1am keeping us awake.
-We did not get asked how our stay was on departure.
-Upon receiving the deposit returned for the pool towels (€15 per towel,cash only) it was just thrown on the counter in front of me.
