Location.
I had requested a kettle prior to arrival but it was not in the kitchen. After unpacking and having a quick glance around realised that the balcony furniture was in the lounge. I was unable to lift anything at the time and my husband had to move the furniture. The floor had not been cleaned properly with plastic and dust behind the door. The refrigerator was broken, I was unable to stand a bottle in the door. Also the handle of the door was broken. I got a kettle from reception and when my husband filled it there was a hole at the base and the water flooded out. I then went to reception and explained that we were not happy but was told to request a different room when booking next time. Bearing in mind I had done this re the kettle I am not sure that it would help. I was given a replacement kettle which worked well. I understood when I booked our break that the bar and restaurant would be open but on arrival found out they were both closed.
