Sicuramente la comunicazione con lo staff, risponde velocemente ed è a disposizione per risolvere i problemi ( ci hanno procurato un nuovo asciugacapelli perché quello in dotazione non funzionava). La posizione, con 2 stazioni metro vicinissime e una dislocazione vicina ai posti più turistici. Il quartiere, tranquillo e ben fornito, anche di supermercati e panetterie. L'appartamento piccolo ma accogliente con letti comodi.
La cucina dovrebbe essere fornita da più utensili soprattutto pensando a turisti con famiglie, come la mia che fanno permanenza per 1 settimana. Gli scarichi dei lavabo un po' intasati. Il bagno non ha finestre e l'aria di aspirazione non funzionava.

The communication from the hosts were incredible. They responded almost immediately every time I contacted them, which is very important travelling to a foreign country. The apartment is very clean and the location is wonderful, very quiet area in Paris (which is a rare find). Overall great value for money.
Just a few small recommendations. The apartment can do with more cutlery. Limited number of coffee mugs (if you are 5 - 6 people). The shower door is lose, and the top shower nozzle does not work, we have to use the additional attachment which moves up and down.
Lastly, the main door this not always click in when leaving the apartment (we might have done something wrong). But this can be big a problem if someone doesn't know, because our door did open a few times after closing it. Maybe just check this.
The above is only recommendations and not complaints. Overall our stay was great!

La ubicación y la decoración
La cocina en el comedor y no tiene campana extractora lo que hace inviable cocinar.
El wc es interior y sin extractor.
Las ventanas condensan mucha humedad y se mojan cortinas y lo que tengas ahí con lo que el apartamento huele mucho a humedad.
No hay sitio ni para los cubiertos, ni superficie de cocina, ni balleta, ni mantel, ni colgador de toalla de manos…
Es muy justo para 6 personas.
El apartamento es bonito pero por el precio debería estar más adecuado.
