VERY DISAPPOINTING😭

The bad outweighed the good for us !

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. Our apartment had no working air-conditioning for the entire stay, making it very uncomfortable, particularly when trying to sleep. We contacted management multiple times throughout our stay, but calls were not returned despite being promised call-backs. No alternative accommodation was offered, and despite a technician confirming the entire unit needed replacing, nothing was done to resolve the issue during our stay. What was even more disappointing was the lack of urgency and communication from staff, leaving us spending a significant amount of our holiday chasing an issue that should have been their responsibility to resolve. To make matters worse, after all of this, management considered a 10% refund to be fair compensation for an entire stay without air-conditioning. I genuinely feel sorry for the property owner, as I wonder whether they are aware of how their paying guests are being treated by the management team. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we paid for, and based on how the situation was handled, we would not choose to stay here again.

Location and view of the ocean was fabulous

Cleanliness, responsiveness and facilities. There were no dish wash and laundry chemicals and no tea coffee amenities. There was a cockroach in the kitchen. Called the staff and no one came till next day. The fire alarm went off and evacuation announcement with no one taking care of it. We called to request for a late check out, but no one bothered to call us back confirming the same. Very poor services. The only good part was the beautiful location and the view of the ocean.
