Beautiful spacious apartment rooms are big the beds were good right on the water. Absolutely amazing.
There was nothing that I didn’t like about the apartment place was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was excellent and the view from the apartment was stunning
when we got there were fingerprints all over mirrors and unclean cups n glasses in the cupboards,apart from that it was a lovely apartment. The pool and spa were closed also so that was disappointing

Simple enough to collect and drop off keys but bit inconvenient not being able to do so at the property and having to go to an adjacent suburb for keys etc.
The apartment itself for an older one was in reasonable condition and tidy and comfortable, and I found it very clean.
I was extremely annoyed that literally three days before checking in, I was informed that the indoor pool, spa facilities were closed from the day before my check in for 3-4 months full renovation. I booked the apartment because it did have these indoor facilities especially as it was a winter stay, and coupled with the very high tariff due to the air show, I felt I paid way more than I should’ve had to, particularly with the very late notice about the facilities being closed.
Oh and forgot to mention the jackhammer noise from the facility refurb was horrendous. I could hear it on the 26th floor so I hate to think what those on the lower floors were putting up with. This welcomed me when I moved in and you could hear it all day Friday as well. Thus why I didn’t even consider using the outdoor pool until Saturday when the workers were off site. The outdoor pool being situated right beside the jackhammering area.

Location and view of the ocean was fabulous
Cleanliness, responsiveness and facilities. There were no dish wash and laundry chemicals and no tea coffee amenities. There was a cockroach in the kitchen. Called the staff and no one came till next day. The fire alarm went off and evacuation announcement with no one taking care of it. We called to request for a late check out, but no one bothered to call us back confirming the same. Very poor services. The only good part was the beautiful location and the view of the ocean.
