Je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet hotel

La vue, l'emplacement

Le lit cassé, les mauvaises odeurs dans les salles de bains qui remontées de la canalisation, la caution de 300 dollars qui n'était pas prévu au départ, les couverts et equipements qui étaient vieux voir rouillés, les canapés pas confortables et sales à notre arrivée. On avait pas d'interlocuteur physique pour parler de nos soucies rencontrés. Le couloir de notre entrée sentait mauvais. Notre séjour ne valait pas les 2 600 dolars. Les piscines externes étaient en travaux. Pas de changement d'appartement suite à notre demande et réaction de notre interloculteur via booking un jour avant la fin de notre séjour. Nous avons fais beaucoup d'hotel et en comparaison c'est le plus nul rapport qualité/prix que nous ayons eu. Je ne voudrai plus jamais passer par coastal letC et ne le recommanderai jamais à mon entourage.

Apart from not having basic things( normally we get everywhere we stay) our stay was very good.

Very good sea view and good location too.

Although the apartment was good, basic things like shampoo, laundry powder, sugar etc were not provided.

Location & amazing view

A shelf to put your suitcase on would be handy in the rooms, not much tea or coffee. Sugar sachets were crunchy other than that quite comfortable

Stunning Location, Beautiful Apt, poor amenities.

Love that we were absolutely beachfront. I could have a shower looking at the sea. It is in an amazing location. A short walk to the beach markets, restaurants, pubs and many other facilities. Apt is beautifully decorated, it was clean and beds were comfortable. Great to see a double bed and a single bed in one room. Perfect for a family of 5.

If you need to cook, or do washing you have to buy everything. In an apartment like this, they didnt have coffee, nor sugar, salt/pepper/oil. They give you one single sachet for dishwasher liquid and NONE for the washing machine. When you come to stay 3 nights, we expect to have one for each night! I DIDNT LIKE AT ALL anything about this check-in. The keys were in a completely different spot. Then if you arrive after hours (which i think it was 4 or 5pm) you gotta call a number, which the 1st number didnt work, called the 2nd number, waited for ages... which is very annoying when we have to pay for an international call!!! There were so many keys, i had no idea why so many. And the key for the bedrooms to the veranda were even there! You have to give the keys back to the same spot you picked up. If you dont have a car, you gotta walk quite a bit. Which is interesting because this building has a reception!!!

Fantastic locations, even better views.

The view was spectacular! Great location, close to everything but far enough away that it wasn't too loud at night.

The beds were a little hard (but that is personal preference) and the hot water cut out half way through showering and went to instant cold.

Amazing!!! Best apartment ever.

This was one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. Spacious, clean, fabulous view and close to shops, restaurants, beach and tram. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to friends.

The family enjoyed a relaxing time.

Location and spaciousness

Outside pool wasn’t available until 4pm the day before we left. I understand there are many refurbishments occurring. Knowledge of this should have been nice and perhaps a fee discount should have applied.

The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly, beach sand all over the floor and lounges. Tried to clean it up but the vacuum cleaner didn’t work, had to use brush and pan. The iron didn’t work also

Amazing view from our apartment at level 34, great location, comfy beds, the apartment has everything to feel as your own home including a little book shelf

Great view, terrible ammenities and reception. Didn’t even ask how my stay was after dropping off the keys.

The beds were very uncomfortable, to the point me and my partner now have back pain. When we arrived the parking space was very difficult to find, called the reception for coastal letting co and they were of no assistance. Ended up having to get security to cut the lock on our parking space as no key was provided. The wifi kept cutting out and so did the TVs. The lamp in the main bedroom needs replacing as the switch is crackling and popping as you use it. The place was hardly cleaned when we arrived. Me and my partner had to clean it top to bottom. The fan in the oven is that loud we could run that and not even hear the schoolies party which was just across on the beach from us. The hot water kept cutting in and out and at some stages wasn’t working at all.

Bad decision ever

I hated everything about this property expect thier view from living room. The host was not at all accommodating and supportive .would not listen or respond to your requests.

The property had electricity issues and i had to stay at this property one whole day without electricity which was pathetic and the host didn’t even bother to address any issue or provide with a refund

Superb

Location and view is excellent. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything you would need.

Vent in ensuite mouldy. Drains in ensuite smelt rotton. Fridge smelt like chlorine, had to clean out residue before being able to put anything in.
