Location, cleanliness, traditional style, communications, comfort, beautiful garden, fire and fire pit (even though we didn’t end up using them) and outdoor chairs, Coffee pods, dog friendly, Alpacas.
It could be worth replacing some of the bath towels, the festoon lights on the front porch didn’t seem to work.
The plates and bowls were a bit of a Jenga stack - perhaps re-arrange them.

Comfortable stay for my husband and I and our two little dogs. Beds and furniture comfortable-crisp sheets and everything clean. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. Lovely enclosed back yard with delightful view to surrounding fields and alpacas. Lovely open fire place we made use of one night.
We enjoyed our two night stay visiting family.
We will be back.

Location was very good.
Views of paddocks and alpacas also great.
The Settlers House; design was functional, simple with period Aust touches.
The main bed was great.
The mice running around in the house ,we have photos of the cat catching 2 in the first hour and another on the second day.
We washed crockery and utensils from the cupboards just in case...
I didn't like finding an open box of mouse poison under the head of our bed,after we slept there for 3 nights.
Kitchen tap was broken, the mesh and lock were broken on the front wire door.
Large thorns (double gees) were growing under the clothes line.
