(this is exclusive, not a party or event home, secluded. Home does not have close loud party homes adjacent. Your vacation docent need to be next to loud, obnoxious neighbors like so many mega rentals on the island.) New Hot springs hot tub added!Walking distance to restaurants. Spacious top floor Master Suite. Complete with Steam show and jacuzzi tub. A slight stroll and you’re in the sand. Prestige tropical plants line your peaceful Oasis. Completely fenced private secluded. Completely renovated with new Pool and tropical Landscape and new porcelain floors. Peacefully tranquility with sunset perfection from each level. Plenty of beautiful beach atmosphere and furnishing. Everything the great cook needs even a stainless steel grill. Did I forget to mention the fire table with cozy cushion chairs, plenty of assorted loungers, rocking swivel chairs and gliding ottomans. High table and chairs for your outdoor dinning experience. Upper deck, all season room and lower patio, plenty of relaxing space. 2 King, 2 Queen. Sleeps up to 9 adults or 8 adults and 2 additional small kids can use the new foldout twin in the sunroom. Details rooms are: King on master suite.(top floor, jacuzzi tub, shower, Steam shower) . Main level (2nd floor) there is a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom(bathroom). Sunroom (Main level has a twin foldout) Game room (pool level)has an Amish made Queen Murphy bed, and a bathroom. Enjoy the outdoor private shower, under the stars. Folding beach wagon with plenty of towels and toys. Innernet, 185 channel tv with Smart tv and DVD players. This is seasonal home, we have many family treasures, we hope you enjoy and respect our beautiful home. Strict limit on number of people allowed: Day visitors limit at 4 (day Only) Horticulturist owned our TROPICAL PARADISE FEATURING Over 30 Palm trees. many varieties of Hawaiian plants. Plumeria, Hibiscus, Bougainvillea, Blooming Orchids, Bromeliads Heliconia's, Birds of Paradise, Ginger, etc. Cacao, Papaya, Mango, Bananas, Kumquat, Avocado, Mangosteen, Ruby Red Grapefruit and Lemon trees. If you have over 9 people overnight (after 10pm) you will be required to vacate home and forfeit rental. Limit to 4 cars in driveway. Day guest could park at community center next door and are welcome with total limit of 13 people total during the day. SPECIAL NOTE: On an instant booking the reservation will be for 7 people in total but this home can accommodate 9 people. Message the host for more information. Also there is an additional of $75 if you want the heated pool past 80 degrees from January until the end of March 31, if you are interested, please tell me so I can arrange it with you.

We loved our time at this home. Very well taken care of and had everything we could possibly need for our family Christmas time vacation. Such easy access to the beach-heated pool and hot tub were so welcome for the colder days! Sunrise and sunset views were amazing from the 3rd floor balcony. Thank you to our host-so helpful and responsive.

Our stay at the residence was outstanding with an excellent location, perfect atmosphere and proximity to the beach, stores, and dining. The home was very nice, accommodating and quiet also. The choice was perfect for us and we will plan on staying here again in the future. The tropical setting with a nice pool and hot tub was perfect for us as well. We wish our stay there could have been longer!

Great host. Totally responsive Abs have great recommendations. Her kitchen use TOTALLY STOCKED for those who like to cook, which we do. Great heated pool which we enjoyed after a day at the beach. The beach is STEPS away. Would highly recommend

Family Getaway
Our family stayed at this wonderful location over Easter 2022. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend family time. Pool, covered deck, short walk to the beach. Perfect. The third floor deck with the day bed was a definite bonus. Incredible views and a wonderful place to just relax.

Wonderful vacation home!
We had a great stay from start to finish! The house was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home!! All of our beds were super comfortable. This house had everything you would want for a beach vacation...lots of sand toys for the kids, beach chairs, cooler, and wagon to pull everything. The beach access is a short, easy walk straight across the street. The pool was warm and my kids were able to enjoy lots of time swimming during our stay. We didn't have any issues at all while we were there so I didn't need to be in contact with Debbie, but she was very sweet and personable and did a great job communicating with me before our trip so we could rest assured that if we had any problems during our stay that we could let her know. We had a great spring break and loved our stay here!! Thank you!!!

Wonderful Hostess
We’ve been traveling to the island for many years. This year was equally amazing! Debbie was a wonderful hostess and was very prompt in addressing any concerns we had about the property. The location is amazing! We loved the sunsets from the top deck with the kids. The master bedroom is on the 3rd level with an elevator. The kids had fun playing ping pong and learning new games. Pool area is very private. Fantastic vacation!

Great house in Bradenton Beach!
Great house, nice location, and very responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay and time on the beach. The house is well equipped. Due to the number of guests in our party, we intended to use the twin foldout in the sunroom, however the air conditioner unit for that room did not function and could not be repaired during our stay. The labels/instructions around the house are quite excessive, and the large number of plug-in air fresheners caused respiratory problems/headaches for a couple members of our party (despite unplugging them upon check-in).

We had a wonderful stay! The pool was awesome! Close to the beach and the house was extremely clean. Quite a relaxing week. I would have liked the house to be closer to more restaurants. We did not have a vehicle so walking in the heat was not something we wanted to do often. But, Publix does deliver!

The best continental island vacation!
Debbie has everything you need or forgot to pack at her Tropical Oasis! We had a blast. After a long journey down from NC, and a one night adventure at Legoland, we finally arrived at our home away from home! It was so easy to get in and set up while the kids jumped in the pool immediately. Just the back yard and sunset view felt like the islands! Bradenton Beach, just across the street, was breath-takingly beautiful! Debbie has everything to make your beach day a cinch right at your fingertips. We loaded the beach wagon with chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, towels and an umbrella; Packed the cooler on wheels and enjoyed ourselves! The house is close enough and the community small and safe enough to go in for a few hours or just a quick break and leave your things without a worry in the world. We even saw Manatee swimming by! We explored the nearby beaches during our week's stay and enjoyed a boat excursion with Casey on Coastline Dolphin & Snorkeling. Anna Maria Island has so much to offer and is the perfect destination! Publix is less than a mile from the house, and there is a beach gear store on the way for anything you may need. Floridays Restaurant had the best Mahi and gorgeous view, but we mostly cooked at home. The kitchen was better equipped than mine and easy to get around while doing laundry and chatting with the family. The house has the best layout for entertaining. We loved the "florida room" patio for eating dinner as a family. It is just out the glass doors from the kitchen/dining room. You can peak down to the pool and watch the kids while cooking or the sunset while relaxing. We all fell in love with the hammock by the pool as well. All of the beds were comfy and the master suite is quite a treat with the floor to yourselves. Our oldest son now enjoys ping pong as it kept him busy when not relaxing watching tv!
I wish Debbie's Tropical Oasis was closer, and we would go back as soon as possible. But if we ever find ourselves in the area, we will definitely be back. She was more than hospitable and you can tell she really wants to make sure you enjoy every minute of your stay!

Wonderful beautiful house! We loved our stay we had the best time. The pool was wonderful, short walk to the beach. When they say that it is a quiet neighborhood they are not kidding. We were worried that a neighbor and his guests were going to be loud but as soon as 10pm hit was silent. That was a plus as we had kids with us. It is everything you would want or expect from a Florida house. Beautifully decorated. Lots of nicknacks but cute. The game room was great change of pace. The only downsides I would say would be that the dryer doesn’t dry, the water pressure in kitchen was a trickle so that was frustrating and that you cannot set the air conditioning to lower than 73 degrees or else it would freeze up. It is Florida and it is hot. We were sweating up a storm. Thank goodness we brought box fans and then we needed to keep doors open to bedrooms to keep it somewhat cool in house. Having to do all laundry before checking out was a struggle as we left very early. There are LOTS of instructions of DO’s and DONT’s. They are everywhere. Lots of stairs but there is an elevator if need be. Even with all of that I would stay again. We had a wonderful family vacation. Thanks for having us.

The owners put a great deal of time and consideration into making their home perfect for vacationers, with great attention to detail and easy to follow instructions. My husband and I travelled with our 5 children, ranging in ages from 12-20. We found this home was perfect for allowing all of us to have space to spread out, while also having adequate seating in all common areas when we wanted to be together.The heated pool was by far our favorite and most-used part of the home. The landscaping around the pool is beautiful, and it felt like our own private tropical oasis. When we were not in the pool, we were at the beach just across the street!The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil and small appliance you could think of. We enjoyed the ping pong table and game room most evenings as well. The beds were so comfortable, my husband wants to replace our mattress at home with the same mattress that is in the master suite!In all, we had a great vacation. We brought bikes with us and biked the island most days. Traffic on the island was crazy during the week of spring break, and we found bikes were by far the easiest and quickest ways to get around! We had the most amazing stay on this property! The home and pictures are just as advertised. The owners put a great deal of time and consideration into making their home perfect for vacationers, with great attention to detail and easy to follow instructions. My husband and I travelled with our 5 children, ranging in ages from 12-20. Loved this property. Soo close to the beach. This home has a lot of extras. There are beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon to use for the very short trip to the beach. Both porches have wonderful views of the Gulf. The hard wood floors are beautiful. TV has great picture but for someone not tech savvy, difficult to work. (Apple TV). The pool and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. There is a heated pool, lounge chairs, hammock, table and chairs, grill and comfortable furniture and fire pit. Wonderful game room (even though we hardly used it). Would be great if it had bunk beds down there for kids. This is a true home. The only negative is the washer which when we washed a few towels (1/3 of a load) to get them washed before we left they wouldn't spin properly. Also it was a little difficult to get up early to wash and dry sheets. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend this property. It is like going to a friends home. Great property and Perfect location... beach is beautiful.

Debbie responds immediately if you need to contact her for any questions or concerns. The pool is so nice. The patio area is also amazing by the pool! I adore the shower outside of the house to clean off after beach or pool! I love how they had many pool toys and sand toys for the beach for my 7 year old! They even had a beach wagon! The owners definetly put a lot love and thought into this beautiful home! My daughter and her little cousin adored the pool, as did I. Everything you need is at the house. Very roomy. Very good at instructions or usage of appliances etc. if you are looking for a nice quiet, private beach house, this is it. I only live a hour away and I felt like I was on a tropical oasis. The amount of exotic and tropical plants they have makes you feel like you are on a tropical resort! I can’t WAIT to come back! Thank you sooooo much for all the special memories. My daughter and I did NOT want to even leave. :)

The house is super nice and neat, it has everything you can ask for, you don’t need to bring anything except your personal items. Feels warm and cozy. Location is perfect, steps to the beach, has an ocean view from its second and third floor. The only reason I gave it 4 is that the pool is in the first floor and kitchen and living room are on the second , so with kids it is not very practical to keep going up and down and unable to watch the kids in the pool if you are in the kitchen or living room. But all in all it is a great house. My little daughter loved the wall clock! You will know what I am talking about if you go there! .

The house was beautiful! Right across the street from the gorgeous white sand beach. We especially liked the pool area and the kids loved the game room. The pool looks brand new. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of room for the whole family. We would definitely stay here again.
