About this house rental
Paradise awaits! Enjoy your own private resort while living south Florida's best lifestyle. The huge sunny backyard has a covered lanai featuring an outdoor kitchen, lounge area, and dining room overlooking the resort style pool with jacuzzi, sun shelf, and conversation bench with table. This smart home was completely renovated in 2024 and includes voice activated lights and whole home music. Located on an extra large lot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Kitchen has new stainless appliances, quartz countertops, large island and an open floorpan. There are also plenty of outdoor activities and games available including a putting green, corn hole area, backyard multi use basketball/pickleball court, ring toss, darts, and in pool basketball hoop and volleyball net. Close proximity to the beach, downtown Boca, Mizner Park, and near shopping, restaurants, Synagogues, Churches, and more.
*I know the house looks fun, AND IT IS, but please respect our neighbors. It is a quiet family neighborhood, and we do not allow additional visitors for parties, get togethers, or general entertaining.
*There is a camera on the front of the house above the garage door facing the driveway and street as well as cameras on the side yard facing the front yard and pointed at the pool equipment and electrical panel. No camera is facing or can face the backyard.

I stayed here with a friend for 5 weeks and this was perfect for what we needed. We had a car and two motorcycles. Mike gave us access to the garage to store the bikes and it worked out perfectly. The house was clean, nice spacious backyard, and located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an emergency at the house we were renting and needed to find something else on 24 hours notice. Mike came to the rescue and offered us his place. The house was very clean, bright, and comfortable. A big back yard with dining/lounging areas and a firepit. It's located on a cul-de-sac so it felt very private and quiet. On our first day I texted Mike to ask where to get propane for the grill and the next morning he showed up with two tanks. Highly recommended.
