This cozy midtown cottage sleeps 4 comfortably and is in a convenient midtown location, a short drive to beaches and shopping. Master bedroom has a queen bed and Apple TV in the room. Second bedroom has twin beds. Two full bathrooms and laundry room with washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. Large screen, high definition TV in living room, with Apple TV. Fenced backyard with charcoal BBQ and patio seating. Quiet neighborhood includes a community park, perfect for walking a dog or just taking a relaxing stroll.

This place was immaculate. The attention to detail was incredible. All kinds of snacks were provided. Choices of coffee were multiple. In each bathroom the hostess provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton balls, Q tips, first aid supplies including Calamine lotion. Body wash for men and for women as well as shampoo and conditioner. She also supplied body wash and shampoo for kids! We have never had a hostess provide a separate bed for our dog, along with food and water dishes. The fenced in yard gave us peace of mind that our dog would be safe and secure while outside. I could go on and on about this hostess and her property but I think you get the picture. This was the best hostess we've had, hands down. If you're looking for a place to stay while in Wilmington you'd be crazy not to stay here!!! Thanks Michelle for making our stay very pleasurable and relaxing. I highly recommend this property!!!

The little blue cottage was perfect for me and my parents. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The snacks and supplies were a great touch too! Michelle was friendly, helpful, and super quick with the responses. We will definitely stay there again!

Great little place with everything you'll need. Nice patio space to enjoy the morning's it evenings. Vary quite neighborhood as well which we loved. Highly recommend.

Perfectly located property, close to beach, shopping, restaurants and area is easy to navigate. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Host provided a comfortable and well appointed home with a lot of appreciated touches and was quick to respond to questions. House is as pictured and very clean. Nice fenced in yard. Highly recommend, would and will go back.
