Perfect little house on a safe and quiet dead end road, very private and safe for little ones! Great backyard. Had every kitchen tool you could imagine. Spotless, immense amounts of towels. Nice washer and dryer. Looks brand new! Will be back again no doubt! Loved walking to catch trolley service into Grayton! Just a block away from pickup point!

Cute cottage, close to the beach & dining with more privacy than other locations. Cute place but a few improvements would go a long way. Master fan to noisy to use. A little nice window coverings go a long way. A walkway to the front door would be nicer than walking through grass but loved that it was pet friendly & good location

We really enjoyed the location and the privacy of this house. Only downside was the front doors were really awkward to lock but I’m sure they will fix that in the future. Perfect for 2 couples. We would definitely use it again when we come down this way
