Nestled in Seabrook Island, this attractive house for $190 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Seabrook island! This fully renovated townhouse is located on the golf course and it is Only 1.5 mile from uncrowded White Sand beach. I have stocked just about anything you need for your stay, from coffee to beach towels. Along with most of the beach stuff. Seabrook Island is a private gated community mix with retirees, vacationer and permanent residences. We are a quiet community but fill with all the outdoor activities & amenities. This is a 825sq 2 story townhouse. Upstairs has full bathroom, closet and king size bed. Downstair is the kitchen, living room, patio and half bath. Also a slide out daybed that can convert to king size bed. Miles of White sand beach and bike trail are just right around the corner(for free) Outdoor pool and golf club house are about 1.5 mile away, you can walk/bike there. Or drive. IMPORTANT!!! You DO NOT need an amenity card to stay and enjoy the beaches and surrounding areas. As homeowners, we are not affiliated or getting incentives from the Amenity office. But we are obligated to inform the guests about it. Amenity card is required for all other activities including indoor, outdoor pool(April-October ), golf, tennis and to dine at the restaurants in the island. Amenity card is $40 a day, weekly and monthly are cheaper. You only need one card per group/family. You don’t need to get it all the days that you are here. Just the days that you want. PLEASE make your amenity card request 48 HOURS ahead, check out the information at the following website. NO call in or same day pick up. If you wants one. Please absolutely no more than 4 people and 2 vehicles on the property. And absolutely no loud music and noise. No other guest other than you booked for. Seabrook Island is 30 miles for the airport and downtown Charleston via local traffic. Car is required and traffic can be hectic sometimes. So please plan your trip accordingly. Great little place right off the 8th green. Host really takes care of you. The ONLY improvement for us would be the cable TV service. Programming is very substandard. Regardless, everything else was wonderful!!

Very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Nice day bed downstairs where my mother slept. Myself & daughter used the upstairs bedroom. My knees are not the greatest but the stairs where open but not steep & easy enough. Half bath downstairs. Tub/shower up. Nice to have pool access with amenity card

Very convenient location for event I was working. Would spend a little time on deep clean and organizing cleaning storage closets etc. Blower leaves and stuff of patios.

Place was great! Was exactly what it said it was on the listing. Nice to relax and watch people golf in the mornings! Island was fun, not a whole lot to do but enough to keep you busy! Didn’t get the amenity card, probably would get one if I was to do it again!

We stayed for three weeks in this comfortable golf villa and enjoyed every minute of it! We loved its close proximity to the beaches, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the surrounding villas were very quiet. All in all, a perfect stay!

We had a great stay here. The back of the condo faced the golf course. The place was clean and comfortable for my wife and I. It had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive which was nice. The only problem we had was with the streaming services toward the end of the week. Again, the owner was very responsive and intended to look into it. We loved the Seabrook and Kiawah area and would come back again.

Returned from a 4 night stay end of August to attend a wedding on the Island. Beautiful place, exactly as described. Loved sitting out on the deck in the morning watching the golfers come through on the 8th green. So peaceful and quiet. Had everything you could possibly need. If I ever find myself in SC again, I will definitely stay here!

We enjoyed the tranquil location and obviously looking at the golf course we were also playing on while we were at Seabrook Island. Extras in the place like coffee, Kehrig, etc were great and not having to worry about bikes, towels, etc. Thanks. Enjoyed the early check in and fees were more reasonable than most VRBO on the island.

Located on a secluded island with beautiful homes and scenery. The drive alone to this condo was inviting. Condo was easy to find and parking in front. Place was very clean and cozy. Back door leads to the golf course. It has everything you need - extra blankets, pillows, coffee pods, hair dryer. I would suggest a full length mirror. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We will come back again to this island and this condo. Thank you for a wonderful place to call “home” for a few days!!

My husband and I regularly travel to Seabrook. This was the first time we stayed at this property. It was located right on the golf course. The townhome was great because we had no one above or below is so no noise which made the stay extra peaceful. The owner did an excellent job with stocking the unit with housewares, 2 coffee makers (1 was a keurig), toaster, pots and pans and dishes and silverware. Everything was in working order and especially nice was the Weber grill! One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in in a VRBO. Giant tv and comfortable sofa downstairs. Literally had everything we needed and we will definitely stay with this owner again!!
