About this house rental
Get ready for your vacation to begin! New construction home by award winning builder located on the Yellow River with direct access to Lake Wissota! The bright open concept living room, kitchen and dining room will allow you to enjoy each other’s company as you prepare your meals. Relax in one of the four bedrooms. Linens are included for the queen beds and the 2 full bathrooms.
If the weather is chilly, gather around the fire pit and make s'mores. Firewood is included. Games, books and puzzles are provided for relaxation, and also enjoy the game/poker table. Two Smart TVs allow you to use your personal Netflix or Hulu account so you don’t miss an episode of your favorite shows!
Enjoy the morning sunrise from the porch or the dock, which is only a few steps from the house for easy access. Bring your boat, tie it to the dock and enjoy fishing and water sports all day long.
Take a boat ride to the nearby restaurants, or grill your dinner while relaxing on the covered porch. If you’re a nature lover, take a hike through Lake Wissota State Park, enjoy Ray’s Beach, or pull up to an island and play on the sandy beaches! Just minutes from the shops, restaurants, breweries, and wineries in the area.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Cheri and Joel were responsive and accommodating. Our group of four (two couples) had other accommodations booked for our Chippewa wkd that were canceled two weeks before our trip. We were so lucky to find the Sunflower house- it was better than our original choice at a great price! Larger than expected, very updated and incredibly quiet/peaceful. We hope to come back- What a gem!

This house is peaceful, lovely, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated all the bedrooms and options for different pillows. The kitchen was well stocked. The view is very pretty. We enjoyed having a campfire in the evening. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was excellent. I would definitely recommend this home. We loved our short time there!

Such an awesome lake home! Spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen, fenced in yard, right on the lake. Erika was so nice and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location and home for annual Cousins Weekend reunion. This is a meet-in-the-middle location and repeat visit. Easy in-out on nice slab driveway and sidewalk. Love the four separate, spacious bedrooms with two full bathrooms! Very clean, spacious and comfortable home. Easy and quick access to favorite activities: 1917 Lake Wissota Restaurant, Dixon Autumn Harvest Winery, Leinie Lodge, and downtown Chippewa Falls shopping. Kitchen table is perfect for our bring-a-long home-cooked meals and playing games. Enjoyed watching a blue heron out on the lake while relaxing on the patio. Host responds quickly on the message chat and was able to offer an early check in. We can’t wait to reserve for next year! Thank you!
