It was sooo spacious with wonderful views. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The owner was extremely clear and great with communication & instructions. The facilities were perfect for a family with kids. And the location was PRIME.
It wasn't very clean. The range hood was dusty and hadn't been cleaned. The kitchen cupboards had coffee/liquid stains. Underneath the couch was filthy. The bathroom shower section has mould.

The bedding cleaning should be reviewed as blanket and pillow covers are not freshly cleaned

The location and facilities are great. The apartment size was great with a lovely big balcony and view north to the beach and mountains. We were very comfortable, except for the below complaint.
There was a neighbour who regularly smoked weed which wafted into our apartment. I complained to reception twice but the problem continued. We were in apartment 1203.
