Located in Surfside Beach, this attractive house for $285 per night is a great option for your next break. This updated beach home has everything you need to enjoy your getaway at the beach. Sit and relax whilst enjoying ocean views from our partially shaded deck. With just a few steps to the pedestrian beach this home is ideal for small families and fisherman alike. The Surfside Jetty Park is a short walk away with its half a mile long jetty for fishing, walking, or just watching the large ships go by in the channel, sometimes you see dolphins playing right at the end of the jetty. There's also a small playground, splash pad, nature trails and much more located close by. Surf Rider is a cozy updated 2 bedrooms, 1 bath home with central heat and air and a stacked washer and dryer. Main bedroom has a comfy Queen Bed, 2nd bedroom has two Twin Beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 5 (max 4 adults) Bed linens and bath towels are provided. A modern kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked with everything you need to make delicious meals to be enjoyed at the dining table Outside, you’ll find an outdoor shower and a charcoal grill for you to enjoy. Pets welcome with prior approval and paid pet fee Come and a enjoy a slower placed life, relax and enjoy our little bit of paradise at the beach! Please Note: Pets allowed (2 Small dogs or 1 medium) with paid pet fee $100. No dogs on furniture, linens etc. or left home alone unless crated. No cats allowed Maximum, occupancy is 5 including children. No day guests unless have prior approval Please note surfside city water is not drinkable/ or good to cook with. We do have a reverse osmosis unit under the sink which provided drinking water and there is a whole house filter so it is ok to bathe and wash teeth/ clothes with. Hurricane/storm Policy - We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you against the unexpected including Hurricane/storms and COVID and any other unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be issues outside of our cancellation policy We are located near the Gulf in Texas which can be very humid. Bugs are to be expected (mosquitoes, ants and palmetto bugs) even though we do spray our home regularly. Property has a Security camera that covers the drive only and records with movement. No Third-Party bookings, person booking need to be staying for the duration of the stay

We stayed here in December and basically had the beach to ourselves. It's wonderful to walk down the stairs, take a few steps, and be on the beach. This truly is a great location. This is a pedestrian only beach, so it's nice and quiet without trucks all over. Great views from the windows, deck, and the beach is basically your yard. We found a lot of shells, were visited by a variety of birds, and saw several huge ships come into port. Highly recommend.

It was the perfect size for 2 and 2 fur babies. Perfect views, the house had everything we needed. We forgot our cards, well they had some. The fur babies could run free on the deck. We all had a great time.

Literally steps away from the beach .. maybe four steps! The house is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay - perfect size for the two of us and our fur baby. My favorite part is the deck and the great view we had of the ocean and the jetty. Will keep this in on my favorites list!

We stayed at Surf Rider in 2020 and came back this summer for another 3 night stay. Property is in a great location- just steps from the beach. Kat, the host, is very easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. The pictures/description of listing were very accurate. Property was clean and we will be back!

Our birthdays are just before Memorial Day so we were looking for a place close to the water. We had a beautiful view of the Gulf. Only a minute to walk to the beach and when the heat or crowd got a little much, we could retreat to the overlooking deck. Interior was beautiful, well laid out and equipped. The host Kat stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we needed and answered all questions. Overall, an amazing stay and we're looking forward to doing it again!

Just steps away from the beach and walking distance to the jetty. The water was a little rough because of storms so we went sat on the jetty and watched the surfers. (This a good place to stay if you want to fish off the jetty). The house had everything we needed - the kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and utensils.

We were able t9 bring our dog and 4 year old grandson the best part for both of them was the gate at the top of the steps! Beautiful view and very quiet to ne able to relax. The only downfall was the rain.

If you are looking for an intimate place on the beach this it. It was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Even more i loved that its pet friendly ❤️. Kat is a great host and very accommodating. I would definitely book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay except for the construction next door. The house was exactly what we were looking for in a beach house and met all of our needs. It was steps to the beach and the outdoor shower was heated and very nice! It was just a bummer about that the construction next door. It was so loud, there was sawdust everywhere, and they had a massive dumpster out front due to the renovation that blocked the view to the water. We will definitely be back again when the renovation process on the other house is complete. Thank you for the great hospitality!

This property was excellently located! It truly is beachfront and very close to the jetty. The neighborhood was very walkable. The surf was fantastic. My only wish was that the outside of the property was as adorable as the inside it needs a little paint job, but if you overlook that, it’s truly adorable!
