Nestled in Catalina Foothills, this charming condo for $156 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This beautiful, completely remodeled and newly furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has everything you would need or anything you could ask for in a vacation spot including use of his and her bicycles and walking sticks! With nearly 1K SF of space, this choice condo has ample living areas with a split floor plan which keeps the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house for additional privacy. You know you're in Tucson as the décor epitomizes the "Old Pueblo" throughout. Nothing was overlooked when it comes to your comfort here - there are upgraded home features like quartz counters, a spacious living room with a huge HD TV and a sound bar and a comfy sleeper sectional - just in case you need extra sleeping space. Modern appliances, coffee pot, new cookware and dishes allow you to prepare and serve meals easily if you choose to stay in. The master bedroom has a cooling mattresses and bedding designed to help ensure a good nights sleep. Black out curtains and a king size bed seal the deal! Or if you feel like it, just watch tv in bed all day! Have to work while here? No problem - the guest bedroom is equipped with a desk and a queen size bed. Good luck staying focused though as the views from the guest bedroom window are exceptional. You are, in fact, at the foot of the Catalina mountains and breathtaking views abound. Your stay includes a reserved, covered parking space, electronic keypad entry (which will be customized/changed for your stay for your safety), free WiFi, a washer/dryer in the unit, and a private covered patio that overlooks one of the pools. Speaking of pools - this complex, has 3 resort-style pools (2 are heated in the winter months), hot tubs, BBQ's, fitness center, nature paths and a very modern clubhouse. Ideally situated 1.3 miles away from Sabino Canyon - and nestled in a prestigious part of Tucson, you have easy access to fine dining, shopping and local attractions. Convenient shopping centers are just 1/2 mile down the road - if you feel like it, take the bikes! Golfers look no further! There are three famous courses nearby for you to enjoy. World class shopping and dining at the upscale La Encantada Mall is just a short drive down the road too. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking trails and biking paths. Mount Lemmon is a short drive - and they have skiing in the winter. What makes this property different than all the others? Attention to detail, homeowner care (I am reachable day/night and live just down the street) and location, location, location! Note: The pools are open and all three are heated (to a constant temperature of 82 to 84° year around). The gym is open too!

Beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to campus and downtown - within 20-30 minutes with traffic. Clean and nicely decorated. Great access to mountains and trails. We will be back for sure. It was a great place for our family to stay while moving our Wildcat to college! Sandy was an exceptional host.

The location was perfect as the reunion was in the clubhouse so we were right there. I didn't realize when I booked it was so close. It was HOT as in 110-115 but we did enjoy the pool one day in the afternoon and several days in the early morning .Our time was spent with family, visiting and eating way too much. Thanks for nice vacation rental.

We had a lovely stay. The area around this condo is a great place for families. Lots of stores and dining close by, and my family was able to enjoy a hike in Sabino Canyon together. Highly recommend for anyone needing a clean, safe place to bring their family!

The communication with Sandy was great, check in process was flawless, the condo itself was extremely clean, and the whole week we were there we heard no noise from neighbors. We appreciated the washer and dryer and the small outdoor covered patio that overlooked the pool. The complex itself is private and was easy to find. Sabino Canyon is only a 5 minute drive and we even biked there one morning. There are a few restaurants and Basha's Grocery Store a 1/2 mile down the road. There is a good gelato shop there also. It was well equipped with everything that we needed. We recommend driving up to Mount Lemmon, hiking Sabino Canyon and even swimming at the outdoor lap pool at the YMCA.

The location was perfect! So close to Sabino Canyon. The bikes that were included with the rental were perfect! I loved the patio looking out to the mountains! Definitely will stay here again when I return to visit my son and family.

Great condo with all you need to be comfortable. Pool close to unit but quiet. The whole complex is quiet which is a real plus. Bedding, towels and kitchen just great. Close to beautiful hiking in Sabino and plenty of great places to eat close so you won't have to deal w/ Tucson traffic. Will gladly return. Thanks Sandy!

This condo was perfect for three people, the location was great and we felt safe. Pictures were accurate and it was clean and comfortable. Kitchen area was fine and adequately stocked with dish and glassware, there is a one-cup Keurig coffeemaker with a nice selection of coffee pods but please note you will need to bring your own cream and artificial sweeteners. In the evenings we enjoyed drinks on the cozy patio that faces the pool area.

Sandy was a lovely host. We stayed over Christmas, and she left a little welcoming present for us - very thoughtful! The condo was lovely, and we really enjoyed the amenities, especially the indoor fireplace and the gym. It was also a quick drive to some fabulous hiking. We will definitely come back!

Awesome..!!! My mom came into town to visit. Initially we were going to have her stay at a local hotel or resort. And more affordable!! This was by far away better experience. Beautiful place to stay with a gorgeous view and patio overlooking the pool. Will definitely use this again in future if it’s still listed…!!

Stayed with my sister at Sandy’s beautiful condo. We were in town from Denver visiting aunts and uncles who were at another condo at the Greens and grandma who lives in Tucson. The condo was clean, instructions on how to operate tv etc were easy. Condo was situated right next door to pool and hot tub so we frequented that often. Overall great place and stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay At Sandy’s Greens at Ventana Canyon condo. For years we had been staying at The Lodge at Ventana Canyon. Just up the road. One of the reasons is the great location and beautiful landscape. For a while now we have been staying at a Casita at the foot of Mount Lemmon. This trip we decided to go for the more central location. We are glad to have discovered Sandy’s condo. It is totally up to date inside and nicely decorated. Furnishings and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is small but great for this size place and the type of use one or two couple would need. Bathrooms are great as well. The back patio is a nice size and enjoyable, with a view to the pool as well as a side wise view out towards Sabino and those mountains. Parking was great. Close and convenient to the condo. We will be visiting again.

What can I say? Best experience yet through VRBO. Sandra is an amazing host - very responsive and accommodating. The property is just as pictured - very clean and cozy and very well appointed. We were so comfortable in this wonderful, clean condo. Plenty of room for our family of four. The pool is right be the condo. It's nestled into a quiet spot of the Tuscon hills. Wonderful views.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo very much. It is conveniently located to a grocery store and for dining out. The area is beautiful with access to many outdoor activities. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the adjacent pool in the afternoon. We will definitely stay here again when in town.
