Nestled in Marathon, this attractive house for $700 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Upscale Modern 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Ocean Front Home, Private Pool, Summer Kitchen! Gorgeous upscale decor with a modern coastal feel offers SPECTACULAR oceanfront views and the advantage of the canal for 50' of dockage! Direct open water access! This property is a Saturday to Saturday booking only. Three large balconies overlook BREATHTAKING views of the Atlantic Ocean! The floor-to-ceiling windows bring the ocean right to you! 2,600 square feet of elegant coastal living in this nearly new custom home boasts a 2nd-floor master suite with a private veranda overlooking the ocean. The main floor has an open living, dining, kitchen area, and one bedroom (King) and bath as well. In addition to the master suite (King) with an ensuite bathroom, the upper level has two bedrooms (Queen, Twins) that share the third bathroom. 5 TVs: 4 in the house and one in the summer kitchen; one DVD player! The ground level has a large covered area with a fabulous summer kitchen (gas grill) and a comfy sitting area overlooking the pool/swim/spa has plenty of seating for dining, relaxing, sunning, or sitting at the kitchen bar! The pool has a waterfall feature as well! (12 X 30 and 5' deep) . All the amenities you would need including a ping pong table, double kayak, 2 paddleboards, paddles, life jackets, central heat and air, washer/dryer, hi-speed wireless internet, 50' of concrete dockage with fish cleaning table, and bait freezer. Indoor kitchen seating for 8 people, outside for 10 plus 5 barstools. For your enjoyment, a double kayak is provided with life jackets and paddles. Please note the property has a control depth of 3' and there could be time when the tide poses a problem when you enter and exit the property. $45 Management Fee is Damage Insurance covering up to 3k in damages. The property manager is available 24/7 for any questions, needs, or recommendations! Marathon is a large island centrally located in the Florida Keys! It has many of the conveniences you are used to, including two grocery stores, a pharmacy, a hospital, and many wonderful restaurants and shops! It has lots of family-friendly activities such as The Turtle Hospital, Aquarium Encounters, Pigeon Key, Crane Point Museum and Nature Center, Dolphin Research Center on Grassy Key, and others. Marathon also has two public beaches: Coco Plum and Sombrero Beach! Only 20 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park, an hour from Key West, and 40 minutes from Islamorada, you have wonderful day trip options as well! We recommend a car so you can easily explore Marathon or other islands!

The stay was amazing. The view, the accommodations, the outside area, and pool were all amazing. This is the vacation be had been hoping for. The customer service and communication with the property management team was great. They checked in to make sure everything met our expectations. Check-in and check-out were simple.

Our family and friends loved staying in this house. The living spaces and bedrooms were perfect for all the kids and adults. Loved how modern and clean the space was. The downstairs area was much enjoyed during our two week stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed the evening swims with the downstairs kitchen. We vacationed with our 24 ft boat; one thing to note is how shallow the channel is getting out. The actual channel where the house is fine, but when getting out into the main channel, it gets very shallow (less than 1.5 ft during low tide). Make sure you stay to the side when coming out and then get up on plane immediately in the straight away. After the first couple trips, we figured it out. But definitely something that needs to be learned quickly.

From the perfect pool that overlooks the ocean to the incredible views from every bedroom, this rental was perfect for our family of 7 adults.
The lower level master bedroom had a comfy bed with crisp, clean sheets, a lovely view of the ocean, and a huge bathroom. The master bedroom on the top floor had an incredibly comfortable king bed with perfect bedding, lots of dresser space for our clothes, an AMAZING ocean view, and a bathroom fit for a queen! Each morning, I sat on the master bedroom balcony on the very comfortable chairs and waited for the manatee to swim by our dock. He never missed a day for his early swim!
The kitchen was excellently equipped with everything from silverware to coffee makers. It even had a crock pot, toaster, lots of drinkware, a table for 8, a clean and large refrigerator, as well as plenty of cookware. The laundry room has a washer and dryer with plenty of space to fold laundry. The living room was comfy, the television was large, and there were plenty of board games for family game nights.
The downstairs area was impeccable. The outdoor kitchen and eating area were next level. The pool had a waterfall with lights for night swimming. The water temperature was always perfect. The seating and layout chairs were on point. THE VIEW from the pool….WOWZERS! We enjoyed using the paddleboard and Kayak. The surround sound downstairs is wonderful. They even have a television that you can watch while lounging outside. We had access to beach chairs, pool toys, a ping pong table and more. They even have a bait freezer.
The only drawback to this house is there is no bathroom downstairs. This is the ONLY drawback about this property, but it will not keep us away. We will surely be back.
Finally, Meredith from Pineapple Properties is attentive and timely. I had a few silly questions, and when I emailed her, she answered immediately. I give this house and Pineapple Properties a 10 out of 10!

Beautiful home, and very accurately described in the description!
Ground floor had outdoor lounge couches, 4 lounge chairs by the pool, the grill and a lockable room with a kayak, paddle board, extra beach chairs, fishing poles, & pool floaties.
Stairs leading up to the 2nd floor had the large kitchen, a bedroom with queen bed and attached bathroom, laundry & family room.
3rd floor had master bedroom with a king bed, beautiful bathroom, walk in closet with windows everywhere to take advantage of the view. Another bedroom with a queen bed and spare room with 2 twin beds shared another very nice bathroom. Plenty of windows, natural sunlight & private balconies off each bedroom.
Home was stocked with all of the essentials; beach towels, kitchen appliances, and laundry room. It was well equipped, but all arranged so that it was a very clean and modern look.
Home was only minutes away from grocery stores, resturants, bait shops & gas stations. Quiet & safe road but close proximity to everything.
Beautiful oceanview, on the canal, that had pelicans, iguanas, & manatee to watch. We caught plenty of fish off the canal as well.

This home was beautiful, perfectly situated with a great view of the ocean and easy access for your boat on the canal. We enjoyed sunrises from the master bedroom and balcony and the beautiful skies at sunset. Pool was heated so that we were able to swim in December. The home was exactly as advertised in the pictures, spacious for a group of 8 to 10 with good privacy and balconies. well stocked with nice linens and towels for all. We saw dolphins from our balcony, a manatee came to visit us on our dock. Had a wonderful afternoon snorkeling at Sombrero Reef, which was only about a 30 minute boat ride from the house. Would definitely recommend! Guests need to be prepared for the stairs.

The house was great, central location, nice dock, quick access to bay side, clean, modern and excellent amenities. Unfortunately, all of that was soured by our experience with the property manager. When we first arrived, the pool was green around the edges. Due to regular turnover, we figured it had been treated with chemicals just before we arrived and it would get better as the days went on. It was certainly not something we thought we needed to call the property manager about right away. A few days later, the PM asked to stop by to pick up some things from the owner's closet, which we happily agreed to. While the PM was there, we happened to mention that the pool had gotten progressively worse as a heads up so they could make sure it’s clean for the next guests. At no point did we make a big deal about the issue, we were polite and frankly thought we were doing them a favor. The following morning, the pool cleaning company showed up and brushed the pool and rinsed off the filter. We thought that was very responsive and a great gesture by the property manager. That is until we received a bill for $275 to replace the filter (which they did not do, only rinsed it) and brush the pool. The property manager repeatedly accused us of washing out snorkeling equipment in the pool and mentioned that using sunscreen also causes the pool to turn green. We live on the water and own a pool, never have we had an issue like that and of course we did not wash our snorkeling equipment in chlorinated water. We also had a fresh water washdown on the boat that we used as soon as we got out of the salt water. Naturally, we pushed back about the charge. After spending a considerable amount per night to rent the home, we thought it was ridiculous to ask us to pay for a maintenance issue like cleaning the pool. That is when the property manager became hostile and started blasting off messages making wrong assumptions about where we live, how we used the pool and the condition the pool was in when we got there. She continued to argue over text and VRBO messaging insisting that she was “irrefutably” right and we were wrong. We have been going to the keys for years and have never had an issue. Honestly, this could have all been avoided. I would have never thought about leaving a negative review had the property manager not been so condescending, antagonistic, abrasive and argumentative. The way she treated us is definitely not the way one expects to be treated by a host.

Beautiful home with breathtaking views. Our family enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need. Kids loved the ping pong table, and kayaks. Adults loved the pool and watching beautiful sunsets. Lots of amenities and the beds were very comfy. Great week in the beautiful Florida Keys.

This property was amazing and with that we had an incredible week of vacation. The house was immaculate both inside and out. Incredible views from every room. The pool area which includes an outdoor kitchen is a beautiful setting and everything is right there for convenience. It was so easy to drop the paddle boards and kayaks in the water and play around in the ocean. You can paddle quite a far away out and the depth is anywhere from 12 inches to 5 feet and crystal clear. We saw fish including a barracuda and even a 4 foot nurse shark which swam directly below our kayak. What an experience! Meredith Tracy could not have provided better service. She was in contact with us the entire time and we will definitely be using her again!

Vacation Paradise
Our family spent a week in this lovely home in June 2022. The house was in perfect order when we arrived. The amenities were wonderful. Our family ranges in ages from 6 years to 70+ and all were entertained! Will certainly look forward to a return trip!!

The only thing that would have helped is a little more instruction on getting the boat in and out in the shallow area near the house. After the first time it was no sweat. First time was a little tricky. Everything else was great.

Fantastic spring break
This is our third time staying in Marathon however our first at this property, and it did not disappoint!
The house was fantastic with everyone getting great rest, enjoying coffee out on the balconies to enjoying a family game night downstairs near the pool enjoy music and watching TV outside.
Watching the Eagle that lands across the canal on the house across the way to seeing manatees in the canal swimming freely, this was truly an amazing week
The pool was fantastic, heated and warm the only disadvantage is there’s only son in the morning and a few hours in the afternoon
Our host was very responsive!
