Great location, exactly in the hotspot of ayla, the stuff so kind , and have fast reaction to the request
Should choose the room location , since there is room upon the bar area , whre it is loudy , especially when you have kids

Clean apartment nice location very nice staff and very supportive.
The security staff near the bar street they always ask about reservation even if it’s empty and there are only 2 hotels cloud7 and hayyat regency . Facilities not really good for kids .

The shower head was broken and the shower handle was not fixed on the wall, the faucets were leaking and water pressure was very low.The AC was making high noises.
For the price paid the quality of the services inside should be much much higher.
