Nestled in Bullhead City, this charming house for $247 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Escape the world and float your worries away on the river!! This large family home has 3 large bedrooms plus a small bedroom off the master bedroom and 3 full large bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out! Central air conditioning with 2 a/c units to keep cool! This home is wheelchair accessible from the garage only (house has a steep driveway) Large 2483 square foot home in Sunridge Estates. 6 minutes to Lake Mohave/ Katherine Landing and 5 minutes to Laughlin Casinos and the River. Davis Camp is 4 minutes away where you can launch jet skis and boats. Great neighborhood. ***Sleeps 16! 16 is the max allowed on this property at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS AS PER CITY RESTRICTIONS AND NEIGHBORHOOD RULES. Perfect for groups or large families. Plenty of seating for everyone to sit at one of our many tables to eat after a day on the lake. Relax and grill some steaks on our propane BBQ. There is a 3 car garage to park your cars . PLENTY of Boat, jet ski and dirt toy parking in front of house.. Sam's club and Chili's are 4 minutes away. Free Wifi. DirecTV. We have a mid level package. Home has large kitchen with plenty of room to cook. Dishes and silverware for 16. New stainless steel appliances.! Garage has EXTRA refrigerator for more food and ice. 2 Large master bedrooms! First master has comfortable king bed with lots of pillows. . Master has private en-suite bathroom with huge walk in closet and a large walk in shower. Master also has a retreat with triple bunk beds. (sleeps 3 ) Second master bedroom has a queen bunk bed(sleeps 4) with a twin bunk on top and a pull out twin trundle underneath the Queen. This 2nd master also has a triple bunk bed (sleeps 3 more) 2nd master bathroom is attached with wheelchair accessible shower and toilet and jetted jacuzzi tub! Dual vanities enhance this large bathroom. Guest bedroom at the other end of house has another queen bunk bed with twin bunk on top and twin pull out trundle underneath(sleeps 4.) Huge laundry room has a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress (for Uncle Bob who snores!) Dining room has large dining room table that seats 10 plus kitchen bar seating for 4 and pub table behind couch that seats 4. Seating for 16 inside! Fully stocked kitchen with almost everything you need to cook for a large group. This home can comfortably accommodate three families with kids. Home has 12 cup coffee maker AND Keurig. The kids will love the out door Arizona room with air conditioning! Arizona room 1 is equipped with a 60 inch Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and a PlayStation 3 with board games! 2nd Arizona room(indoor patio has another patio table with seating for 6.) Enjoy a day on the lake or river and then come home, bar-b-que and enjoy the large roomy home with 2 air conditioners! Backyard has BBQ and a patio table that seats 6. Family room has a 75 inch Smart TV and Master #2 has a 52 inch Smartv. Plenty of room to spread out. Great nearby restaurants and Casinos are a short car ride away. House has full size washer and dryer. Perfect place to stay for holiday weekends, any weekend, Family get togethers, or any occasion. PET FRIENDLY. We allow up to 2 dogs for $100.00 fee per stay not night. Please no parties or events. Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. We check ID. ***VERY IMPORTANT***If you are coming out here for an event please purchase trip insurance as we have a strict cancellation policy and there will be no refunds if your event is cancelled or in the event of any member becoming ill or weather. Please read cancellation policy as we now have a very strict cancellation policy. Guest will be emailed short term lease and hold harmless agreement to sign and return along with a copy of their driver's license or Govt ID. Staying here was really fun. The home is very nice and there was plenty of room for everyone and lots of extra space. We had a really great time!

There are eight of us ladies that travel together and this house was perfect for us... So many things that were great about our stay. Jennifer was AWESOME at communicating with me, giving me helpful ideas of what to do in the area and making sure we had everything we needed, even with a couple of special requests - she even checked in with me periodically throughout our stay to make sure everything was going ok. The home was VERY clean, supplied with all the essentials and laid out well, we felt comfortable from the moment we walked in and being able to park in the garage was a bonus. I would highly recommend this home!! Quiet neighborhood, close to town, about 10-15 minutes, with plenty to do.

The home is spacious, clean, and near the river and casinos. The home is perfect for large families. There are plenty of beds, mostly bunk beds. The bunk beds work out perfectly for young children. We had a lot of adults in our group and the mattresses on the bunks were pretty thin. I recommend that only small children sleep on the bunks for comfort. Homeowners had great communication the entire stay.

The location was perfect for our vacations.Dave camp park was the best it less than 5 mins drive.For free beach ⛱️ is at bullhead community park and it was awesome.Like i said this accommodation is recommendable.jennifer is a wonderful host on point with communication.

Fantastic Getaway
We brought our family and another family with us to the property for the weekend. We wanted to spend a few days on Lake Mohave, which was fantastic. We also had such a great experience at this house. The two master bedrooms made it possible for both families to both have a room and a bathroom to use. Our kids loved it because they have a little gaming room that they could play in the evening so that the adults could visit. Kitchen was perfect and had everything you would ever need. Big spacious living room we were all able to gather in. Homeowner was fantastic and was so easy to communicate with. We plan on staying there every time we travel down to Lake Mohave. Would highly recommend.

We had a little issue getting the keys to the doors as we were given the wrong code but as soon as I reached out to the owner we got that cleared up. House is VERY clean. Cleanest we've ever stayed. Beautiful home. Our large group felt comfortable and cozy in this very nice home.

Our plan was to launch boats in Needles but with her recommendation sent in her email we decided to try Katherine’s Landings. The location of the house is conveniently located and you have easy access to multiple locations. Our friends and family were very pleased with the sleeping arrangements. Plenty of space for 3 families. I will definitely be coming back. We were so happy.

Absolutely LOVE this home. It has everything you need and in a great location. After a long day at the lake, it is so nice knowing you’re literally 5 mins away from your rental. It is very spacious and accommodates so many guests which is another big reason I love it and have continued to choose this home. & to top it all off, the owners are wonderful and always in contact for whatever you may need. Can’t wait to do it again next year! 😃

Our family reunion/vacation went perfectly and it was largely due to the wonderful setting. Lake Mojave all day long and back to a cool, clean comfortable home for fun food games and rest. We want to thank Eric and Jennifer for letting us use their home. They were both so helpful not only through the rental process but also in helping us to navigate the town to find a tire shop open on the weekend ( we got a flat on the boat trailer). The whole experience was perfect and seamless. Thank you Jennifer and Eric.
