Room was very nice overlooking the river. Casino was OK. Service from staff was excellent.
The Dennys restaurant un the bottom was horrible. Screwed up my order big time. When I returned it they couldn't give me a refund because there was no manager. Next morning manager could only issue a refund to an account, even though I paid cash. Refund never happened. I will never go there again

Lots of food choices. Shuttle to the event center (even though it was across the road). Clean room. Front desk clerk super friendly.
No fridge in room. Ice machine empty. Bed too firm. Bugs flying around at Denny’s.

Bathroom had been recently remodeled. Painting a little sloppy. Shower needed additional care.

Hi, my stay was okay. I was expecting more. I don't believe I will stay there again
