Front desk registration staff were flippant and rude, which was very unexpected for a Golden Nugget. The hotel is tired, the rooms even more so. I don't think I have ever stayed in a dirtier hotel. The carpet throughout the hallways was gross, the carpet in our room even more disgusting.

The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable However the pillows were small and the shower was warm at best. Walls are thin you here every footstep of the people upstairs and your neighbors next door.

First of all hotels.com messed my reservation up took me 3 hrs to check in then once in the room it was dirty . The toilet backed up then the bed was full of gnats and whatever else. We needed up leaving a day early . Overall terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend hotels.com and especially the golden nugget . Terrible customer service

I had an amazing time with my family while staying in a friendly atmosphere. The staff was very welcoming and my room was exceptionally clean which I appreciate. The Saltgrass Restaurant was also exceptional as always.

Courtyard room with sliding glass door to let the dog out was perfect. Chairs and small table were on the patio to sit and enjoy the evenings.

Room 257 in the west wing was just ok, the sink stopper was covered with rust, orange rust, and the shower was terrible! The faucet would not close so the shower could not engage, so essentially it was a showerbath. I like that they have a fridge and a Keurig. Plenty of outlets with USB ports.

Definitely can tell this place is dated but I like the feel of that. Not crazy overwhelming like the casinos in Las Vegas so this place was a good experience. The only thing I would really bring up is that you can hear people walking on the upper floors. Kids running through hallways makes the rooms not so quiet. The shower curtain in my room looked nasty at the bottom so I was afraid to touch it, and the lighting in there made everything very yellow. The Claim Jumper restaurant was amazing! The front lobby was beautiful too. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Rm 334 the bathroom outlet needs replaced, won’t hold the plug very well, hard to use curling iron and dryer to get ready. The AC wouldn’t stop called to have looked at, then it got too warm Saturday night and tried to turn it back down to 69 before bed but woke up to 74 very warm. Saturday before leaving for the day we asked the maid cleaning the room next to us for fresh towels only but didn’t receive them, we had to call down Saturday night when we got back for them. The shower pressure was great and the beds are comfortable.

For a one day pit stop and stay the hotel stay was ideal. The booking rate was fantastic. The only flaw was my inability to control the AC system to my comfort level.

Overall the condition of the hotel, pool, restaurants, elevators and rooms are not satisfactorily. GN was the best Laughlin hotel in the past. Now is likely the worst. Room was not ready for check in until late afternoon.

The hotel lobby was beautiful and check in/check out was great but it ends there. The room was underwhelming and DIRTY! The bathroom sink is full of rust, the shower curtain has tons of black mold, the shower had hair in it, there was garbage on the floor in the bathroom which means it wasnt swept or mopped and lastly there was old food left in the fridge. The floors are super thin so unless you have a top floor room you will hear what sounds like stomping whenever someone in the room above walks. The bed was super uncomfortable and the top sheet had a huge hole in it. I love Laughlin but the Aquarius is a far better hotel.

The room we stayed in could use a make-over. I was disappointed to find no microwave and no safe in the room. The room and the bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. There was a good variety of restaurants to choose from.

The housekeeping staff kept my room very clean. Overall the hotel/casino is showing it's age. They no longer have any lake access, and the room with a terrace is a misnomer. The room had a window that opened to be able to look out at the grass area. They should not advertise it as a "terrace" when it is simply a window. I was also a little concerned that my room door did not have two locks for safety. My sister's room had both.

After having to change our room because of unsuitable room conditions the room we stayed in was fine. Did have a plumbing issue day 2 but they resolved that as well as the temperature of the air conditioner. Stayed 5 nights and did great!

The Golden Nugget is a great place to stay in Laughlin. Our room was clean. It's an older property and hits the spot on price and value. It has a Claim Jumper as well as other Landry's restaurants on property and has access to Laughlin river taxi for travel to other casinos.

Totally misleading. Charged extra for resort fee. Charged $50.00 extra for dog total price was double what was posted. Not disclosed until after noon refundable payment.

I called ahed several times...wait time on the phone was an hour. When I called the feont desk for towels....it took them at least 40 min to answer...then i was told i couldnt have more towels because that meant i probably had too many people in my room. And the bathroom outlet didnt work

Desiree at the front desk was the most amazing customer service person I have ever met! I have been in the hospitality business my whole life and don't think I could have handled things as well as she did. You are very lucky to have an employee like her!

It could have been a good stay if the neighbour had switched off the tv earlier. The walls are very thin. The property is old but well maintained except the elevators.

We've stayed at the Golden Nugget in Vegas a number of times and this property the same good service on a much smaller scale. The bathroom drains were rusty, which grossed me out, but other than that, it was clean and comfortable. Fair priced for Laughlin. The only downside was I love to walk the riverfront and it was closed at the Colorado Belle so before I stay again, I'll confirm we will be able to walk to the other end of the strip.

The beds seemed laundered. The presentation welcoming. No hair dryer in the bathroom. It was the first time i didn't brining a hair dryer because I always find one in the room. The front desk was very ready to accomodate . I encountered them approximately 4 times. They were always friendly and welcoming. The bathroom tub was pretty unkept. So house keeping could use some work; otherwise, The staff was great.

Elevator was broke, I'm recovering from a femur break,I let the staff know when they informed me of the elevator.front desk dismissed my concern and put us on the third floor. Front desk asked if I wanted maid services I stated yes she told me most guests don't want staff in their rooms. I asked again for cleaning service again she stated if I wanted maid services to let them know I told front desk I want service do not turn it off. Day 3 I had to call and ask for services no towels they didn't make our bed. Elevator is still broken it's been that way for a year according to the cleaning staff.

Our room was in need of maintenance. The bathroom smelled like sewage. The AC didnt work. We had it set for 68 overnight, the unit ran, loudly, all night and it was still 73 in the room. Curtains didnt close properly so the sun woke us early. I know we sidnt pay a ton for the room, but it could be better still
