Good Hotel with good people. Good Parking

Went for a getaway and check in was great super fast. Room was clean. Hvac was loud and rattled whwn it turned on . Casino floor was clean and table grames where great service where on point . Outback for dinner was a different story will not eat there again. Waited a hour and half to get seated. Food was cold. And chz was not wven melted. Service was slow but understandable because it was packed. No may options for late night snack and breakfast not open early had to wait till 7 so we didnt eat there.

Nice stay, overall. Check in process went smoothly and staff were very friendly. We were asked if we had a floor preference when checking in, which we didn’t, but we did ask for a room close to an elevator and were granted our request. The room was comfortable, although it wasn’t the cleanest. Nothing major, found a hair in shower, was old dried up feces or something on the bottom of the toilet seat, hairball on bathroom floor; some paint chips and crud here and there. The tv was pretty small. Great dining options and loved the smoke free bar/casino section. We’ll definitely be back.

It was a nice stay. Laughlin isn't too bad and this was in the heart of everything. It's a casino so it's on par with the laughlin vibe. Good people and vibe. Music group was fun and the tables were good. Customer service was amazing and breakfast specials were good.

It's was a good stay but I do have to say the hotel rooms are out dated and the beds are old, the mattresses had to be the worse beds I've ever slept in!! My back hurts so much! Housekeeping was amazing and very attentive!. I work at a hoteI in Vegas and I wish our Housekeeping team was as good!!

Check in was super easy as it was around 10pm. Staff was friendly, courteous at the front desk. The process took maybe 4 minutes total and I was off to my room.
No frills room. Very standard and can use a refresh/remodel soon. View left alot to be desired as it was just of an empty parking lot.
Checked out in the morning and that was easy too.
Overall, a smooth stay.

Bad: The bed was very hard. You could hear people walking around above you. The air-conditioning didn't work quite as well as I wanted.

Not to bad of a place.. i was on the 18th floor with an Arizona riverview..wish i had gotten the California riverview..better view of river. Beds werent very comfortable but over decent place

We stayed for a concert and it had been 10+ years since we’ve stayed in Laughlin so it had changed a lot. The hotel was extremely hot in the casino area everyone was complaining about it. We ate dinner at the outback and that was excellent food and service. The bed was excellent the room was fine I guess for over $200 I was expecting nicer.

Handicapp parking sucked! I had to walk n carry my bag from the farthest point in the parking lot! Nobody to help u thru self chevkin kiosk! The front desk had a long checkin line with only 3 ppl working; 2 wr standing there talking n only 1 was checkin ppl in. The rooms were ok. Bathroom handicapp rails musta bn for midgets! Toilet was not for a tall person! But i ges thats wat u get for a 30 dollar room! Never again!

My state was very good front desk. Attendance were very professional guest room attendants Very prompt only issue the bartenders would not let you have 2 drinks at the same time, persay a shot and a beer. You would have to finish one before you get the other even if you're paying. That doesn't make sense at all. If I want two drinks and I'm paying with my money on my vacation. I should be able to have that. I'm not even a social drinker i wanted to celebrate with
1 shot & 1 beer. Not happening " Hotel management need to fix this immediately.

We stayed 1 night, our room was prepaid, and they charged $73 on our card when we checked in, and another $73 the next day after we checked out.
Also, the Outback Steakhouse inside the casino charged us for 2 dinners that we didn't order or receive for a total of 4 meals. There was 2 of us. We had to complain to the manager to get the charges fixed.

We had an early checkin using the kiosk that was great. But the next morning during a rain storm our room started leaking at the window. The front desk was quick in getting us a different room. Jamie was most helpful and apologetic. In our new room the AC didn’t work. Mattresses, carpet, and furniture all need replacing.

I was a bit concerned after reading other reviews but we have had a very positive experience at Aquarius. Very clean and spacious casino area. Our room had a great view of the river. Happy to see refrigerator and cofffee machine. Bellman Robert went out of his way to give us dining and site seeing suggestions. Had a good dinner at Outback. We would definately stay here again!
