Hotel was so dirty. Check in was awful. When we got to our room there were piles of hair all over the bathroom floor and the bathroom counter had toothpaste all in the sink. We had a problems with bugs in the room the whole time we were there. We were in the south tower and the elevators were a mess. Only 3 of the 6 were working the entire weekend. It was a 10-15 min wait in line to get on the elevator. And no parking at all. Would not recommend to anyone

Room was spacious with a balcony. View from the balcony was nice. Refrigerator in room worked well. Room was clean. Beds were ok, seemed smaller then a queen. A/C did not work as well as it should have, room was hot even with a/c running and blackout curtain pulled.

Just so you know it is very smoky in here. And if you are sensitive to scents you won't enjoy the fragrance they pump into the casinos to cover up the smoke. Its terrible. We had to check out. The rooms are nice enough but that's about it. Not much to do in the area either.

We were treated very rudely by valet staff. Went to rent a scooter and staff was to busy showing pictures and one had to take her lunch break immediately. Went to the room, check in staff was very courteous, called valet to have luggage brought up and was told rudely to stay in my room and it would be 50 minutes. Gentleman that brought it , in 35 minutes was very polite and Pleasant and apologized for the way valet treated us. Ate at the buffet and it was pretty good. All in all we probably won’t be staying there again..

The casino is enjoyable, but the room was not up to the task for this visit. The AC did not cool the room and the shower had no hot water. Very disappointing.

Rooms are nicely renovated. Staff were great. Don think they own a vacuum as the floors were very dirty. Sink drain rod not connected. Bedding seemed clean and was comfortable. If floors didn't have so much stuff on them would have been a much higher rating.

One thing i was looking forward to was showing kids and grand kids the classic car collection but i spent 15 or 20 minutes trying to get a players club card but they could not figure it out so finally walked away empty handed and drove 650 miles and we are not going to get to see car show

The wait for an elevator was ridiculous. Also the coffee in the room was a joke ! The price was not cheap either.

Everything was great. Comfortable beds, clean. Food was good. Using the debit machines is a definite NO NO. The FEES are absolutely RIDICULOUS for exchange rates for CAD. The fees led me walking to another reasonable bank machine, which led me to another casino. Not good for keeping your customers gambling at your casino!

I'm sure this will be a nice hotel once all the renovations have been completed. The hotel is in a transition period. Some parts have been updated while others are showing their age and really need facelifts. Overall had a good time. Casino is large compared to the other surrounding properties/hotels. Really liked the fact that there were several bars in the casino to play at. Other hotels had one bar and smaller casinos Food is not great, it was pretty bad but we found that with the other hotels in the area as well. The buffet and restaurant/cafe were not good. However, The Gourmet Room had great food and excellent service. This restaurant too could use a refresh as it is dated. The room was good...stayed in an "updated" room, but it still had small things that could have been upgraded as well, like the damn sliding door to the balcony that was a total pain to open and close. WD40 that track!!!

Was not impressed with the furnishing or the comfort. Don't think we will book a stay there again. We were visiting family members that we hadn't seen in years so were hoping that the Hotel would be better. All employees who answered questions we had were very nice so they were not an issue. It was only the quality of the accommodations. (and the buffet was definitely not something we would recommend). Did not eat at the hotel after eating there).

Everything was convenient at The Riverside. We enjoyed bowling, dining and loser's lounge. Rooms were clean and the balcony was great to let fresh air in. Will definitively be returning.

The room was loud at night and I could hear every door open and close. I could hear my neighbors through the wall. And my refrigerator still had food in it from the previous visitor. My trash can still had trash underneath the trash liner. And my shower whistled at me the whole time. However, I like the restaurants and the casino and staff have been great. At check in my room wasn't ready so I had to come back an hour later. However I arrived at 3:00 p.m. so it should have been available. The guy that checked me in, Justin, was not super friendly. But the gal that checked me in when my room was ready it was great.

Check-in was alright, the person at the desk, could've been more better when giving me directions to the room!! Also, understand the hundred dollar deposit, then property tax 25 or twenty dollars, then some other kine of fee of twenty dollars. Forty-five dollars!! Other than that, the stay was nice, especially, wheelchair access in the room & shower.

I don’t like getting a handicap accessible room without being told. By the time you get up there it’s too much of a hassle to change it. No bathroom counter space, no useable hang up space. Great for those who need it but not for us. I’d like a heads up so I can make the choice if necessary. Very nice staff. Room is so so. Even though we specify non smoking there’s always a lingering smell in a casino hotel. We know that. Probably one of the nicer places available in Laughlin. Easy to walk to Event Center.

All of the staff were very friendly. Smoke free gambling area was great. Most areas had minimal smoke. The bad, The shower water was luke warm. We were there on a weekday and most of the people are older, the pool area was blasting music that only very young people would listen to. They told us they couldn't do anything about it.

Everyone was very friendly. Played golf one day at Laughlin Ranch and it was great. Went to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon the next day and it was amazing. It was nice coming back to the Riverside for drinks and dinner . It was very relaxing

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and absolutely helpful. Cigarettes were bit bothersome for kids and fireplaces outside were off limits for family enjoyment. Other than that, our overall family experience was good, We enjoyed both adult and children activities. We will visit again. Car museum was definitely a big hit for my kids!

We had 2 rooms for our 3 night stay. There are no air conditioners in these rooms only a fan system that is placed right next to the sliding doors that do not open. It was horrible trying to sleep as it was so hot and stuffy. The bathrooms also did not have fans. Steamy showers and no ventilation is not a good combo. I had to open the door to get fresh cool air in from the hallway.The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. These were my only complaints. The hotel offered everything else we needed and kept the kids entertained with bowling, laser tag and the arcade. There were plenty of food options and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Our toilet was disgusting! I had to call the front desk to send housekeeping to clean the bathroom. The next morning I had no hot water. When I let the front desk know she was rude and gave me the worst attitude!
