I was warmly greeted upon arrival at the hotel, which is housed in a historic building dating to 1630. The interior is decorated to fit the house. There are numerous common areas to relax outside of one’s room. Of great interest is the extensive garden open to guests. There is a striking redwood tree, and flowers which are cut to place at tables in the restaurant and throughout the hotel. Breakfast was delicious- several members of staff are circulating to refresh the tables.
It is very easy to get here with public transportation. The bus stop is just downhill from the hotel. Soglio is idyllic.I hope to return with my favorite travel companions!
I have absolutely no criticism.
