The photos do not do justice as to how pretty Bel SaaS is - it's a lovely place with the most stunning views of the mountains all around. The property is up a valley but so isolated - 10 mins drive into Chiavenna. The hosts are kind and quick to respond, the chalet is very well equipped, with everything pretty much brand new. I am planning to go again. Highly recommended!

The location was great for us-it's just out of town so it's super quiet but close enough to lots of things if you have a car. The bed was firm and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped. The wifi worked well. The owner was very easy to reach and had lots of great suggestions for places to go and where to eat. They even provided some great treats for us!

Absolutely beautiful location. Incredible views and quiet, mostly private location (only people occasionally passing on the road to go hiking or biking). Ability to enjoy the outdoors, easy access to Chiavenna (5-10 mins. by car), hiking trails within steps of the house. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen.
We liked everything! Families should be aware you’re pretty maxed out on space with four adult-sized people.
