Good

Super friendly staff and location. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Our room had lots of windows but they were all covered with film. A bit claustrophobic. Cleaning in shower and on staircase could be better.

Exceptional

The size of the room It is ideal for family or for 3 adults. The shower is clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is ideal. The parking lot is nearby and safe.

Disappointing

Room wasn't cleaned-ready when we checked in. No towels, shampoo, dirty bed cover...we eventually received towels and shampoo after chasing, but the room we were given was not even part of the main property building and could barely sleep as it was part of the residential area with a lot of noise at night (no noise isolation either). Really disappointing for the price we paid.

The cleanliness of the room

I needed to print my plane ticket because i had some problem with the company s application and while i called the receptionist no one came to serve me. We were also not allowed to use the coffee machine an employee had to come and use it.

Lovely Place in the middle if the town - Very friendly stuff!

It was a great place in the middle of Bergamo. Everything is easy to explore by walking. Super friendly stuff, cosy bed and amazing room. The breakfast was very tasty! Overall, I was absolutely satisfied. If I would go another time to bergamo, I would go to that place straight ahead.

Lovely stay in Bergamo

Excellent location, friendly staff, really nice room. Quiet and clean, it was a lovely stay. I stayed two separate days as I was travelling in and out from Bergamo and I had two different rooms. The first one was amazing, it had original old paintings on the ceiling and it was a really big size with a kitchenette. The second room was a bit smaller but still very nice with ceiling windows. Both of them were clean and new. I was very happy with each of them. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast could offer a bit more options but nothing major. All there was was nice enough.

Great value for money and friendly staff.

Lovely staff and nice location. Loved breakfast buffet, it was hit with kids too. Kids want me to say that they enjoyed marshmallows at the lobby!

Almost superb

Room was very nice. Very beautiful commodes in Italian style. The second semi-floor was amazing. Exceptionally clean. Near to public transport. Normal breakfast. Very welcome hotel team.

Strange blurred windows. It seemed that cheese on the breakfast was out of date.

Very helpful and nice staff. A charmy hotel in a silent part of the central Bergamo. It is easy to walk everywhere also up to the old city and a nice walkingstreet outside the hotel.

Maybe to many sweet cakes to breakfast. I like more fruits to the yougert and unsweeted mussli.

Rooms were very spacious, Bathroom was really well equipped and everything was very clean and cozy

TOP Location

TOP location, in the pedestrian zone. Stuff is magnificent, very nice and polite. Breakfast is healthy one, and rooms are very nice and warm. Good beds and pollows.

Central location.

It is not a hotel. More lime am apart hotel, but not a real hotel. It was cold inside (december) and no way to turn up the heat. The room had.no windows to see outside. Parking is 4 min walk or 10 min drive (lots of one way streets) and is not so easy to use.

Incredibly hard to find. We arrived late at night. Turns out the hotel is in a residential complex, through a door off the main street. There is a small unlit sign on the wall - but in the dark almost impossible to see. Check in was easy, but receptionist not polite. Shouting at us as I pressed the wrong button to open to door to leave. Her exact words were ‘I told you a million times !!!’ She had in fact only mentioned once which switch opened the door. I understand that a lot of guests make the same mistake, but her response was unprofessional and uncalled for. The room was basic but alright. Although the kettle was filthy inside, and the cable did not safely reach the socket. Bergamo old town is beautiful, and we’ll worth seeing, but you can easily do it in half a day. See the old town and head to Milan. Stay at La Castellana only if you have to. Ps. you get a great little panini straight across the road.

Good location and parking for the car available at 5 minutes by walk from the hotel

The room was not cleaned as you could expect from a hotel. A bit expensive for the quality of room and for the service (ex. You do the check-out yourself)
