Location: in the center. The reception staff really nice
Overpriced: we paid for a room for 4 people, very crowded. The kids liked the inside stairs. But the large bed was almost exactly as the room ( no place to put down a luggage). The breakfast was really stressful due to a very unhappy lady from the team, supervising every bite we took.

Loved the location and the building itself - the guy who looked after us and checked us out was lovely and so helpful
Hard to say - possibly only thing is that breakfast was put out early and so the scrambled eggs were nearly cold and there weren’t many croissants left

What impressed us most was the helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring staff. I would especially like to thank the manager, Antonio, for his help and patience. He assisted us with parking and our luggage, helped us find our way around the city in the evening, and recommended a wonderful place for dinner.
We were also very impressed by the breakfast, both by the wide variety of food and, once again, by the exceptionally courteous service. We have not experienced this level of hospitality in Germany for a long time, so it was a very pleasant surprise.
The hotel is located right in the city centre. The funicular to Città Alta is within walking distance.
The hotel also has a cozy inner courtyard.
The hotel is very well maintained, the beds are comfortable, and everything is impeccably clean.
We would be very happy to stay here again on our next visit to Bergamo.

The staff were lovely, however we found a toe nail in our bed and also we were charged when leaving for water etc in the fridge with no prior notice this has to be paid for and wasn't free.
Room could have been cleaner
