Very good location, nice rooms, comfy beds :)
Check in experience is bad. There is self service check in machine, but it works poorly, fields are crashing, need to insert a lot of data manually. The worst step - in the end of check, systems requires to have a face time call to prove identity using your phone. Why there is no direct camere in the self service machine? Why you need to use your phone? Internet doesn't work inside, you need to look for wifi. Why call is needed, not a photo? That is stupid. It looks that identity check call is fake, because doesn't matter whose face was in the call, identity was approved. We had free different rooms and after a long day this strange check in experience makes you really nervous.

The property was modern and fitted our expectations - sign in was very easy as well as communication with the Hotel Staff
The bathroom door couldn't fully shut and it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator to keep our water chilled however that is just a small preference.

The check in kiosk is a joke. I booked for 2 guests, but only went to the hotel, the kiosk doesn't allow you to check in. No wifi codes provided for the area inside and poor signal. The kiosk used a stupid video call to "verify" your face, after you just used a government passport or ID. This failed and I couldn't complete check in. It took an hour to check in!

No staff around so couldn't be flexible at all coming a little early and leaving luggage there. Also it was a lot of messages to figure out check-in and scanning your ID yourself. Very not personal. I didn't realise when I booked. Also there system got hacked when I was there and I got a lot of spam messages with links to pay urgently, not the best. Also our room had a window that looked out to the hallway - so no privacy with window or curtains open.
