Location. Friendly staff. Breakfast.
Aside of the breakfast, the food in their two restaurants is awful. I ordered veal which was offered as nicely cooked with a pink center. Color and texture was obviously pork. Another day we tried their restaurant across the street which offers authentic Italian food. It was terrible. Nothing was fresh, all was overcooked and had no taste.

Staff was terrific and breakfast was excellent.
Driving to drop off bags at the hotel was very challenging. And the parking was expensive.
