The staff were extremely helpful and patient. The breakfast was tasty with excellent coffee, croissants, and egg options. Can’t beat location in Bergamo’s upper city.

Location and breakfast were excellent.
Air conditioning very loud in the room at night time. Also a lot of noise outside the room until 3am, then again at 6am with the bakery.

Aircondition worked well
Difficult location to get to, and once there, difficult to enter the property with no reception or support team on site. You have to carry bags up narrow stairs if you don't find the secret elevator at the back of the cafe. Breakfast is a joke if your not Italian, e.g. one coffee, two eggs and the croissant of your choice. No yoghurt, no fibers of any kind. If you order optional fresh fruit it is about 0,5-1 dl or 50-100 grams.
