L'appartamento è in posizione perfetta per visitare Bergamo Alta, in pieno centro storico. Il check-in è stato comodo e veloce, l'host ci ha contattato su whatsapp e dato le indicazioni e codici per entrare. La stanza era spaziosa per due persone e abbiamo apprezzato le due bottigliette d'acqua che ci hanno fatto trovare in frigo. Il letto era comodo e le lenzuola pulite. Nel complesso per dormirci una notte va benissimo.
Purtroppo le pareti sono sottili e si sente qualsiasi cosa, sia la gente che parla per strada, sia tutti i rumori dal corridoio e delle camere vicine. Il bagno della nostra camera (al piano terra) aveva una finestrella che però si apriva sul cortile d'ingresso della palazzina, a 10cm dal portoncino: se avessi lasciato la finestra aperta, dal cortile tutti gli ospiti potevano guardare dentro il bagno (non c'erano neanche griglie, quindi potenzialmente potevano anche entrare in bagno). La camera aveva parecchie ragnatele di polvere sulle travi, ma anche qua e là tra i mobili. Il wifi funziona ma non è tanto veloce. Il prezzo non è basso, abbiamo pagato circa 110 euro per una notte (eravamo in due).

We liked & used every night, the outside patio area. a couple of minor problems were quickly fixed by the host. The lighting is either too much or not quite enough. difficult if one wants to sleep & the other read. The host recommendations of places to eat were excellent.
The power was off when we arrived, so the fridge had defrosted & leaked over the floor. The host knew that power cuts had been happening, so should have checked this before our arrival.

A nice, clean, and thoughtfully equipped studio apartment in the heart of “Città Alta,” with everything I needed. The space felt cosy and comfortable, making it perfect for a short stay.
The host was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made a big difference.
One small area for improvement would be the shower. The current curtain setup allows water to leak onto the floor, which can feel a bit unpleasant.
