Very spacious room with high ceilings. Location was superb. Excellent value. I know other people have had issues with the automated check in system but we are tech savvy and had no problem. A person at reception would have been preferable, but the pros far outweighed the cons with this property. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Air con was not very powerful, but it wasn’t too much of a problem. The high ceilings give an airy sense to the room.

A lovely place to stay and so easy to find. No parking, but there is a car pak a few minutes from the accommodation which is 24 hours. Beautiful large rooms and bathrooms that were spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable, and the rooms had shutters that were easy to control. Room has air conditioning and we also had a from bottle of Pellegrino water. Checking in was easy and all automated with good clear instructions. Just make sure you have plenty of battery and signal. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Bergamo.
Just be warned that the bar/restaurant downstairs plays outside music (very loudly) till late. Our room was on the side that could hear it.
Check in is by machine which grabs your passport and then spins it out. Did not like this as I was worried the passport would get ripped or stuck in the machine. Taking a scan of it from the screen would be much safer and easier.

Location was amazing!
Check in was a bit painful. You have to leave the booking. Com platform, enter details on another website, pay on another web platform to gain entry. As a regular Travellers this always raises concerns.
Only 2 coffee pods for 3 guests and no refills for a 2 day stay.
Also towels were hidden in drawer - should just be placed on beds for ease.
