Fabulous location, easy to get to all of the places we wanted to see, also close to the train station so you can easily explore other places. Room was at decent size.
There were no coffee facilities in the room, no free water either, you had to buy it at 2 euros a bottle! The pillows were awefull but a comfy bed at least. Bathroom a little tired but clean. Very noisy air-conditioning that you cannot switch off unless you ask reception.

All the staff at the Hotel, from Reception, bar, breakfast and spa were naturally pleasant and so helpful. We all felt very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice and lovely fruits, cheeses and coffee. The Bar was very good too. We booked the Spa for an hour and a half and it was great and was a lovely treat at the end of our holiday (which we had spent mainlly walking part of the Via Francigena from Orsieres to Ivrea. The hotel was in a great spot in the new part of Bergamo, with the airport bus very nearby, the train station a short walk away and tourist information.

Very nicely located in the heart of Bergamo, friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel needs to modernize its interior, looks stuck in the 70’s in many ways.
Worst was the fan in the room that had a rock concert as we were trying to sleep.
