It would have been convenient if there was a note in the room giving the Wi-Fi passsword. I called in at the cafe downstairs and they were happy to oblige

Perfect stay - everything was clean and comfortable and really well thought out. Great location on pretty cobbled street. Easy parking out front (€1.20 per hour between 9-7 Mon-Sat in blue bays) easy stroll to old town on città alta. Have stayed elsewhere in Bergamo before but would pick this for brilliant comfort and style and great value.

Great location, easy 24 hour entry and exit with a keypad & code, we had a great stay. These were some of the hottest days in Europe and the air conditioning was splendid at keeping the room cold and comfortable. Elevator access made it easy. The restaurant downstairs was delicious.

Bed was very comfortable
AC was working well
Couldn’t store luggage until check in time
Early check out time at 10:30 (same issue with luggage)
Shower temperature was lukewarm. It couldn’t get proper warm.
