We loved our stay here. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional and The location is ideal - convenient for the Citta Alta and Citta Bassa, and for transport links. Breakfast is excellent - especially the gluten free options. We were in rooms that haven't yet been refurbished, but they were spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet, and our balconies had a lovely view of the Citta Alta. Really good value for money and we will definitely return.
Our rooms were a little tired and ready for refurbishment, but they had a charm of their own and we really appreciated the cleanliness and space they offered.

The person who greeted us to the rooftop restaurant was scruffy. The rest of the staff were immaculate and it is a very good restaurant with quality food

It is close to Bergamo center and to the old city.
You walk 15min then u reach the funicular to go up to the old city. And u walk 15min to reach the shopping area.
The room was clean.
1- Personally the bed and pillows were not comfortable, for my husband they were.
2- The breakfast is served from 6.30-10, we went to eat at 9:30 the buffet was not refilled which was kind of weird. The scrambled eggs were cold and there wasn’t lots of food variety. We were not happy.
3- Some of the receptionists could be more smiley :)
