Overall good hotel and will recommend it.

The cleanliness of the hotel.

Rooms were a little to loud, walls or doors were to thin and you can hear the noise on the next room.

Looking for a modern, clean, comfortable stay in Tacoma? This is it!

It feels brand new! Sleek modern design, super clean and comfortable, very very quiet for a city hotel, nice staff. Restaurant downstairs was super yummy! We had an issue right when we were first opening our door, and a staff member came right over to help us and was very friendly. Turns out we just needed to push a bit harder on the handle. It is close to the Glass/History Museum and lots of shops/restaurants by the Thea Foss Waterway!

The only drawback was that the super modern bathroom door slid sideways and left a small gap open. So things weren’t extremely private when using the restroom. There also is no vent to turn on in the bathroom either, which was odd. That’s all that was a drawback! Everything else was wonderful, and my husband and I already want to go back.

It was annoying but fine.

The hotel was fine and served its purpose but nothing special. The restaurant food was ok.

First, they try to nickel and dime wherever they can. Require you pay for parking, $14.95 for each device that connects to internet. The food at the restaurant was good but not really a family friendly environment. A hotel is not really a place to pretend you are high end dining.

Better value elsewhere

The view of the city from the hotel room was really nice and the room was clean.

I did not like all the hidden fees that were not even communicated during check in. Pool was not available either.

Won’t spend that much to stay at the Marriott again

Neat aesthetic.

I was a bit over priced for the experience. No way to heat my own food in the room. For that price per night, I would suggest a streaming service selection. Also being a concrete building with poor cellular reception AND CHARGING people for terrible wifi is a definite SCAM Plus the AMWAY ladies staying in the room next door we’re horribly loud or the walls are paper thin.

Location for our purposes was great, actually hotel stay and staff could be better.

Staff in the Restaurant were amazing and very efficient. The pillows and mattress were very comfortable. Room was mostly clean.

Sheets felt like paper bags. Very rough and stiff. Staff (except the restaurant and Elite Members desk staff) were rude, and acted like we were bothering them. Upon check in, they tried to change our room type like we were just going to deal with it. Once checked in, 27 minutes later, I was basically handed a room key and that was it. Usually you get told about amenities, hours of operation for them, hotel policy, parking ect... nothing, just here is your room key, now get lost. Bathroom shower was dirty. Had old shampoo residue on the walls. Mirrors were streaky and had film on them. Was told the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance, however we saw other guests using them the morning we were leaving and had other guests say they were never told anything like that. Loud banging ALL NIGHT LONG hardly slept the entire 2 days.

Superb

Overall it was a nice stay experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and fresh. It would be better if there were more varieties. Location is great and close to most of places I wanted to go.

The staff was rude and didn’t know what they were doing, I got double charged for my stay and it ruined the whole trip, I needed up checking out early it was so bad!

Very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel with all the amenities provided that we were looking for!

We were not told about the Continental Breakfast provided but the food was pretty good from the Restaurant. We will definitely return and recommend!

Purchased on room with two complimentary drinks we didn’t even get to use because bar was closed.

Comfortable stay as expected, good location for the event we attended and love the king suite bigger than expected.

King suite very, very spacious larger than expected. Hotel has very comfortable king bed, all facilities provided from 24/7 gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Also good restaurant and ample parking.

Need to pay for parking at $22 per night and Wi-Fi not automatically free/included like majority of hotels,Air BnB types, etc. $14.95 per day good thing I’m a Marriott bonvoy so being a member it’s free.

Worst ever!

My wife and I took a hot shower for 45 minutes. The steam set off the fire alarm for 90 minutes. I received a bill for an extra $250.00 for smoking in the room. The adjoining room had a door that others were knocking and trying to twist the door open all night. Worst experience in 25 years of hotel hopping. The low life street life should make you think twice about the downtown tacoma destination!]

Everything! The security was rude because the fire alarm was set off from steam shower!

small parking garage, that did not have enough parking for each guest. end up having to park on another level; that was not considered Marriott guest parking, and ran the risk of getting a ticket because of it. they will, however, adjust the parking fees if you are unable to park on the designated Marriott guest levels.

it was fine, especially since I got such a cheap deal on the room.

location, bed was comfortable, room was very clean

elevators smelled strongly of urine; so did our hallway on the first day. parking felt kinda pricey at 22.00. attempted to reach room service and front desk 3x and no one ever picked up the phone.

This one of the the nicest hotels I have ever been to! I was amazed at the architecture, friendly staff and amazing amenities this hotel offered!

There was nothing I did not LOVE about this hotel! The best experience on all fronts.

Overall terrible and unsafe

Good shower.

Our car was broken into after paying $22 to park. The TV did not work the whole time we were there. Got there very late in the evening and too late to call to have it fixed.
