The room was luxurious and relaxing. I loved the view and the surrounding atmosphere. I felt cozy being high up in the downtown area.

Easy check in, parking is across the street but easily accessible. We op-ed out of valet but its only 3 more dollars if youd like. The pool and hot tub are closed. But the View and room size was perfect for our little getaway! No room service but the bistro was so good had dinner and breakfast there.

worst hotel experience, they offer free wifi but charged us for data services, contact them they claimed we chose enhanced service instead of free, which we didn’t, but have no proof to fight for it, and they charge for parking which should be disclosed in their description. the $ amount is not a big deal, but the way their customer service handling it is terrible. Will never book that location ever again.

Awesome hotel on the water downtown. How much better than that does it get? Also the mattress was the best mattress ever! We had a great time in downtown Tacoma.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DIRTY AND FOOD IS HORRIBLE!!! AND WHEN YOU COMPLAIN TO THE GM'S THEY DO NOTHING. THE DRILL YOU WILL QUESTIONS AND WASTE TIME AND THEN SAY - SORRY NOTHING WE CAN DO. HORRIBLE! DO NOT BOOK.

We spent several hours just trying to park and get into the hotel. We had to ask the staff about the breakfast that we paid for. We spent a lot of money for a hectic one night stay at this hotel.

It’s a little confusing that the Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott are right next to each other but don’t share a parking lot or other facilities. Courtyard is definitely a feels a little older and less upscale than the Marriott next door, and getting to and from car parking requires going up a hill. But the location is good, the rooms were clean. Overally a good experience.

The block where this hotel and the convention center was very well-kept and comfortable. Staff helped me out with some unusual requests. I really appreciated them. Tacoma has become a scary place and if you venture outside the immediate vicinity of the hotel after dark, be very careful. Otherwise, no complaints.

Convenient location for convention center event but I would not stay there again. The freeway noise was far too loud. Tacoma must be a city of drag racers and people who took their truck mufflers off. Even with white noise and earplugs I could hear it all night. Also I would not get the rate with breakfast vouchers. The hotel was unprepared to serve the guests coming for a tournament. It took an hour to get a bagel and an oatmeal. The bistro staff were doing their best to serve the demands, I can only think this is a management mistake not scheduling enough staff for a large event that the hotel was the group rate hotel for. We will make different arrangements next time

Convenient location close to downtown Tacoma. Room was very clean, quiet. The bathroom had shampoo in a dispenser which was nice to reduce waste, but there was no conditioner dispenser (just an empty bracket). This may have just been an oversight but I realized too late at night to want to go bother the staff. Food in the bistro was overpriced for the quality. Didn’t have a chance to use any of the amenities as I was only there for one night. Valet parking was affordable and quick - definitely recommend making use of this.

Very clean. Some staff were excellent. Due to the poor service from one specific staff it ruined the entire stay so I doubt I'll ever stay here again.

This is our favorite place to stay. The food in the bistro is absolutely excellent. They have a nice selection of coffee’s wine beer. The food was remarkable and a nice selection of that. Also staff is friendly very convenient to the convention center. There’s an excellent steakhouse within walking distance And other restaurants like the spaghetti factory that are within a short, walking distance great place for kids all ages

The staff was very polite and helpful....the parking valets were very nice! But I WAS disappointed that there was a hefty additional charge for parking that I hadn't expected. Valet parking was $17.00, and across the street in the parking garage was $15.00. I thought that the parking would be free at a hotel in Tacoma. Otherwise, things were very nice.

We stayed at the third floor. I think 328. Had a hard time sleeping as the A/C heater creates a loud noise like an airplane taking off every 20 minutes. Bed was too soft, so if you have back issues, it does not give support. No bell service. You have to pull and push your cart. Rooms were clean though but not a restful sleep.
