This was an outstanding stay. The staff is warm, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel taken care of. The facilities are impressive and impeccably maintained, offering a calm and relaxing environment close to nature. nada, Everything is really perfect for rest. It is quite high in the mountain and isolated, but for us this is what we wanted. Just take note of it before you go if you need anything make sure you bring it with you

Personnel is amazing. The really do their best to make sure your have a good time. Great food and great hospitality. They took their time to talk about different things to do and tours that are around.
Definitely hike from the hotel to Marinka waterfalls (or vice versa if you want some good excercise) if you have a chance!
Amazing views from the hotel and we loved the jacuzzi on the balcony
Hotel is really in middle of nature
Water pressure should be improved
Regular rooms could use a small update (night lamp, cloathing/towel hangers and bathroom roof needs a fix)
Far away from everything. We actually loved this part because it's located in an amazing place where you can really come to rest, but we can also understand it maybe is too quiet for some.
