Completed in the summer of 2023, this magnificent home embodies the relaxed ambiance of a traditional Cape Cod beach house with all the modern comforts you expect. This 3,000 sq. ft. home has plenty of open space with generous rooms, high ceilings, large windows, central AC, Wi-Fi, and tile floors throughout. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, family room, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, custom cabinetry, ample countertop space and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals for your family and friends. A large quartz-top island comfortably seats 6 for meals, games, or just chatting with the chef. The adjacent 6-seat dining table provides magnificent ocean views. The family room is centered around a beautiful gas fireplace with a 65" flat screen smart TV above and plenty of comfortable seating. This floor also has a full bathroom with a marble top vanity and tiled shower. Two sets of sliding glass doors open to the wrap-around deck for dining and lounging. An enclosed outdoor shower is available to cool down or rejuvenate under the sun or stars. Stairs from the deck lead you to your own private beach with plenty of beach chairs available . On the second floor, you'll discover: - The Master bedroom featuring a private oceanfront balcony overlooking Cape Cod Bay, a TV, chair, dresser, nightstands and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a marble top double vanity and a tiled shower. - Ocean view spacious bedroom with a queen bed, TV, closet, dresser, and nightstands. - Marsh view spacious bedroom with a queen bed, TV, closet, dresser and nightstands. - Full bathroom with marble top double vanity and tiled shower/tub combo - Brand new front load washer and dryer conveniently located in a separate laundry closet. The third-floor loft provides a vast and versatile space with two sets of bunk beds, a cozy television area with a 60" flat screen smart TV, a mini-ping pong table, plenty of board games and a convenient half bathroom. This room runs the entire length of the house, creating a great separate space for the kids to call their own. Outside, you'll find yourself surrounded by natural beauty. Private beach access from the rear deck makes it easy to stroll along the shore, soak up the sun, or enjoy a refreshing dip in the ocean. The front of the house faces the pristine salt marsh, perfect for watching the local wildlife and enjoying the tranquility of the coastal ecosystem. All of your linens are included - bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. We also have beach chairs and beach toys for use during your stay. Parking is available for 6 cars. I can’t say enough good things about this home, it’s the most incredible vacation experience I've ever had The spectacular location nestled between the salt marsh and Cape Cod Bay, offers breathtaking panoramic views The home is immaculate, and every detail carefully designed and executed. The décor is stylish and modern, with an easy flow that instantly puts you at ease. There are large open spaces to socialize and plenty of nooks to escape for peace and quiet The amenities provided are top-notch. A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking and cleanup a breeze, and the living area is incredibly comfortable, with room for everyone to spread out and relax. The real star is the outdoor area, with a large deck, grill, and plenty of seating to enjoy meals or drinks while taking in the stunning view The spacious and comfortable bedrooms provide amazing views. No need to wait for a shower with the number of available bathrooms The private beach access is a luxury that makes the experience, allowing for quick stress-free water and beach activities. A few steps out the back door, and you can feel the sand between your toes The host makes this rental stand out. George is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. Spent an exceptional weekend with friends in this fabulous home on the beach. The owner went above and beyond to facilitate our stay from the moment we rented the house. House has everything you need and more. Sunrise and sunset were impressive. Thank you very much for sharing this precious beach house!

The proximity to the waves on the beach is exactly what you hope for when you rent a beach house. The home is built with an amazing view of the ocean on one side and marsh on the other with windows everywhere. The house is well equipped with all of the necessities as well as plenty of elbow room for people to move around and relax. The owners thought of everything from extra beach chairs and plenty of towels. It was restful and comfortable with a feeling of being away from it all, while still pretty convenient to get to the stores and Cape Cod attractions if you wanted to do tourist things. George (owner) was extremely helpful and responsive which made leading up to our stay and time there very smooth

"The property is absolutely awesome in its open floor plan, waterfront location (marsh to the front and ocean to the rear), and stunning views. Our walks on the beach and marsh were memorable and the weather was simply perfection! A great thank you to George for his attentiveness and ensuring our stay would be fabulous! This home was simply fantastic! From the views of the ocean to the clean interior and fully stocked kitchen, the entire weekend was a huge success. We loved it! George was so great with work with and he communicated with us every step of the rental process. Did I mentinon that view? WOW!

This was the perfect beach get away- off the beaten path , on Cape Cod bay (with private beachfront access)! Owner was very personable and responsive- answering all our questions and even giving advice on fishing charters. House was spacious, clean & well stocked with everything we needed (especially kitchen). Due to Covid we stayed home more than usual & this home has plenty of room for us alll. Loved spending all our time on beach or outside on expansive deck. Can't wait to come back to this house & relax again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable, relaxed beach house. It is right on a private, quiet beach...you just step down the deck stairs to the sand. The home is well-equipped and freshly decorated, with a casual, open layout on the main floor. Great views from the deck overlooking the beach and Cape Cod Bay, and the marsh view out the front of the house is also nice. The only (slight) downside is the beach in this area of Sandwich is a bit rocky near the water, so flip flops/water shoes are advised. But a great, private location!
